Rémi offers a thinner option which I am able to sleep with and holds up fine. Making the mold is straightforward and the customer service is great.

  • Horrible company. Don’t use them! Took them 2.5 months to get me a night guard. They sent me someone else’s and customer service is a nightmare. Then to top it off, they signed me up for a subscription service without my approval. They sent an email asking if I wanted them to keep my mold on file. Nothing in the email said ANYTHING about a subscription service. They then started charging me for their subscription. I told them I never signed up and they gave some crap answer and still charged me. They then lied to my credit card company when I disputed the charge. WORST COMPANY!! Beware.

It’s disheartening to invest time, energy, and trust into a brand only to be met with silence when it comes time to deliver their end of the deal. If you’re a content creator, influencer, or business professional, I strongly recommend reconsidering any collaboration with Remi until they address this pattern of behavior. A lack of payment and accountability should not be tolerated—especially from companies claiming to support creators.

  • Never used a night guard before but started grinding my teeth lately. heard good things about remi and figured i’d try it. the whole process was way easier than expected and the fit is legit perfect. no more sore jaw in the morning 👌

  • Good product, much better than over-the-counter self molded dental products. Highly customizable, easy at-home impression molding process, and good subscription management. However it is still much thinner and less durable than what your dentist would make for you. I only this product when I travel and use the dentist designed one at home.

  • I decided to try Remi night guards after I cracked two separate crowns in a 2 month period. Sigh. They send you a kit so you can take impressions and the instructions are easy to follow. You get 2 guards so you have the option of ordering a top and bottom if you'd like. I like that you can choose the thickness of the guards. I chose the middle option and they are still very thin. They are not super tight to your teeth like the ones from the dentist so they are easier to put in and out.

  • I've needed to wear a night guard for years and have tried numerous brands. Remi was one of the easier brands to setup. It took a little bit longer than I expected to break in but after about 10 days it felt great. I've been very happy so far.

  • I was pleasantly surprised by Remi. I received prompt feedback from them in February of this year as I was doing my impressions and the quality is great. I like that they provide two guards in every order. They haven't lasted AS long as I thought they would, but they are relatively affordable on the subscription plan, and I'm willing to overlook how long they last considering a night guard is essential for me. I like that the branding is fresh and filled with young people - it made me feel better about being a young person that grinds their teeth. I do wish you didn't have to buy a whole line of products just to keep your guards clean, but I do like that their guard cleaner is also a teeth whitener. I haven't tried that product yet but will soon. UPDATE: I cancelled my subscription 🤪 Apparently Remi moved to a new manufacturing site (?) so it started taking FOREVER to get my night guards delivered. It also seemed like they charged me twice the agreed amount at one point. My payment method expired during the course of my subscription (which I was aware of, but just busy so wasn't able to update it immediately) and I got sent MULTIPLE emails until they just started calling me every day. Oh! Also, even though they had my impressions, which worked perfectly the first time, one guard in my second set just didn't fit and when I emailed them about it, it turned into this back and forth where they asked me to send them a VIDEO of me using the guards (???), at which point I gave up and just cancelled. There are others out there. I'm disappointed but the subscription system was very inconsistent and to be honest, they were very pushy over the phone about my payment method and it really put me off, especially with the weird charge in my account that was never addressed.

    I was hesitant at first to try Remi because I wasn't sure if it was legit, but it is. I've had a good experience with this brand and won't stop purchasing from them anytime soon, most likely. UPDATE: I would try another one until they get their business together. Also, it's really hard to cancel your subscription. You have to EMAIL at least two people. Not ideal.

  • I'm on my 2nd set of night guards from them. The imprinting process was easy. I like the case and the whitening product it came. The product itself is good -- same quality as the ones I'd get from my dentist, but at a fraction of the cost. It gets the job done.

    My second set of night guards have an unpleasant plastic-like taste that is difficult to get rid of. I've also had many bumps in the road with the customer service (slow, inaccurate information), but after a lot of back and forth they ultimately helped me resolve my issues with shipping & subscription management.

  • This company makes it impossible to cancel your subscription. There are new rules in place from the FTC that state that canceling your subscription should be as easy as signing up - which should therefore be available to do on their website. However, to cancel, they force you to email their billing department (which is now in violation of the FTC rule) who then REPEATEDLY try to talk you out of cancelling and refuse to end your subscription or delete your account. I’ve emailed them a total of 5 times now. The first 4 emails were met with pushback and reasons why I shouldn’t cancel, and now they are not even responding. So I still have an active subscription and account that I’m literally unable to cancel. This is completely unethical and in violation of several laws. BUYER BEWARE.

  • Bought these, didnt fit 100% but sure maybe i did it wrong, no big deal. Nowhere throughout the purchasing process did they say it would auto renew. Once they charged me without notifying me, I reached out requesting to cancel immediately and get my refund. They said they couldnt refund me because they had already been redone. 6 months later they once again charge me. Very deceiving and seems like a scam and i wonder how many others they bill even after they cancel.

  • I ordered night guards from this company in 2023. Now that I'm reading everyone else's reviews, I guess I should be grateful that I ever successfully received what I paid for. However, when I allowed my subscription to renew in 2024, they had started offering retainers as a new service. I contacted their customer service to ask if I could have retainers instead. They wanted me to start all over again with impressions, which didn't make sense to me because they claim to keep your impressions for life. I asked if I would be able to get the promotional pricing if I were to re-do my impressions and they said no, that was for new customers only. Okay...well you're acting like I haven't already done impressions, so technically I am starting a new subscription. After going back and forth with a new customer service agent replying each time, I decided to just forget it and get my night guards. I waited nearly a month after payment had been collected, and still hadn't received my night guards. When I asked customer service how much longer it would be, the only response they would give me was,"They haven't started on your order yet. They'll get to it soon." I was told that at least a couple of times before I said to just forget the whole thing, refund me, deactivate my account, delete my information, I don't want anything to do with the company anymore. Miraculously, I did get a refund, and they did deactivate my account. Fast forward to a week ago, nearly a year later, I received an email that my subscription is up for renewal soon. I replied to the email stating my account has been deactivated, this is a mistake. When going to their website, I was able to login and see my account is active and set to renew every six months. Well. Since it has been well over 6 months since I last heard from the company, I know for a fact that they reactivated my account within the past 6 months. (Probably 6 months ago, come to think of it) When I got a reply from customer service, they gave the usual runaround, "so sorry for the misunderstanding, I understand your frustration" but then he said "I don't see a formal request to have your account deactivated " which is a flat out lie. He said he would begin a full investigation. Whatever that means. I don't need anything to be investigated, I just need my account to be deactivated, as requested, multiple times. I have now sent an email per day for the past 5 days with no response whatsoever. Reactivating a deactive account without the customer's permission or knowledge is fraud. I am reporting them to every agency to which I can report them. Do NOT give them your information.
