Drink

Recess earns mixed-to-positive reviews: the sparkling drinks and powders taste refreshing and often help users feel calmer or sleep better, but the functional effects can be subtle or inconsistent. Reviews praise vibrant flavors like Blood Orange, Strawberry Rose, Peach Ginger, Blackberry Chai, and the zero-proof mocktails, while calling out weak carbonation, occasional hempy or artificial aftertaste, hit-or-miss flavors, and limited noticeable effect for some users.

Maybe better for those who don’t love a super sweet drink. It’s a good nonalcoholic alternative and their rosé cans are nice.
