quip earns mixed reviews: it looks refined and travels well, but its brushing performance trails true electric rivals. Reviews praise quip’s sleek, lightweight design, mirror-mounted travel cover, timed 30‑second pulses, and hassle-free refill heads (often with batteries). Many criticize weak vibrations that act more as a timer than a cleaner, bristles that feel too stiff or wear quickly, fragile heads and motors, hard-to-remove parts, and occasional mold or gunk buildup—some dentists urge switching to oscillating or higher-powered brushes.

I had a quip subscription for nearly a decade! Great affordable dental care at home before the others started offering similar products. I’ve since moved on because the toothpaste quality started to wane but I’d still recommend.
The main thing that such the floss apart from the rest is the packaging. There are two types, and both of them are refillable. They are much better for the environment than your average floss so that’s what sets it apart.
I was tired of having a travel toothbrush that I’d promptly want to throw out after trips and was low quality, so I invested in a quip toothbrush for when I’m away from home (and my larger electric toothbrush set up). So far it’s been easy to use, sleek, and I feel that it gets the job done well.
I have used many electric toothbrushes over the past 20 years or so & although Quip is a nice looking, sleek toothbrush I honestly prefer the smaller, round brushes vs the longer rectangular brushes because you can get to the hard spots easier. I have a fixed bottom retainer & can never get in there good with the bigger brush heads. Because of this, I didn’t use for a long time & went back to my prior electric toothbrush. I will say that electric brushes absolutely get your teeth cleaner than a regular toothbrush though (IMO!)
Perfect travel toothbrush. My previous Electric toothbrush was too bulky to pack for overnight trips. Quip has a sleek design and easily fits in a toiletries bag.
Toothbrush doesn't move/vibrate enough for it to make a difference. There's also the fact that you have to replace brush frequently at high prices. Better off using a regular good old toothbrush ...
I like the concept and sleek design. I’m not sure I’m sold yet. They are definitely cheaper than a normal electric toothbrush but I don’t know if it makes my teeth feel any better than a manual toothbrush. Fun colors are cute though

I like the toothbrush but I kept having an issue with the fit of the toothbrush head. It would consistently break and need to be replaced to be usable. The customer service was helpful and sent a replacement.
Love love LOVE THEIR FLOSS. So good for on the go and bore line makes the experience of flossing fun!
I bought this for more of a travel toothbrush but found that I like it enough that I would consider using it in place of my expensive electric toothbrush. I love that the replacement brush heads don't cost an arm and a let. I tried the floss pick with dispenser. I was sort of meh about that. Overall, I would recommend
I bought the flosser and the tooth brush and both were not good! I used it for travel and hated it did not do what its supposed to and it was weak to brush my teeth well. The flosser was also not good always fell apart.
I got a Quip subscription a few years ago, they are fantastic and make dental hygiene easy. I lived far out in the boonies at one point and didn't have regular access to stores and such to get toothbrush replacements and floss so having them ship the replacements to me was a life saver!
This is a very cool toothbrush that works great and I love how my teeth feel after cleaning.
We've had a subscription to quip for our kids for over a year. Love the automatic "refresh" each few months when a new head arrives. Only complaint is that the containers that hold the brushes are getting pretty old at this point. We use them to store brushes on the counter and then cover with the plastic covers when we travel. Would like a good method to clean all of that, especially after year(s) of use. Great toothbrushes.
I love my quip toothbrush, super travel-friendly and easy to use. Only complaint would be that it can be difficult sometimes to remove the brush head from the body to replace it with a new one, but otherwise a great toothbrush choice.
Loved initial product, always broke on subsequent attachments
Nice design feels a little cheap
Light and easy to pack toothbrush. Rechargeable model is my go to travel toothbrush

I've been a quip customer since 2017. Frankly, I wasn't one to remember to replace my brush every 3 months so their subscription made it impossible to forget. Love the little touches they do like ensuring your delivery address hasn't changed every few shipments.
I think the clip doesn’t much better job than my manual toothbrush did. Also like the built-in timer to make sure you’re not shorting yourself on any particular area while brushing.
