I LOVE the hair product and recommend it to everyone. The skin care serum is fine for the price point but there are plenty others I like better for the cost. I HATE the subscription management system. They used to send reminders to manage the subscription before they shipped your next order. No longer. I have to act like I’m going to cancel in order to pause a subscription for more than 90 days, and the inability to push out the frequency of the subscription is ridiculous. Skin care serum every month? Shampoo and conditioner no less frequently than every three? All with no reminders? It starts to seem like it’s all designed to just get my money without my noticing which makes me question the product.

after a full year of using the hair products and three months of using the skin care products, I am thoroughly satisfied with the excellent results. The products are consistent and perform just as expected. The customer service is optimal and I truly feel as if I have a personal skin and hair care consultant.

I’ve been using prose for almost a year and my hair feels and looks so much healthier!! I love that you can choose the fragrance and your hair type to formulate the absolute best hair product. I highly recommend using prose. It has helped put life into my thin dry hair and has made a tremendous difference!

I've probably been using Prose for six months now and the change to my hair is amazing. It is shiny and less frizzy. It lays beautifully - I get compliments all the time. I truly love these products and the ability to customize to my hair.

I love the shampoo and conditioner. I'm underwhelmed by the curl cream--am I using enough? My hair is still frizzy.

I have been using Prose for almost a year now, I like the improvement with the curl and management of the bit of frizz I have as well. I enjoy the small batch sizes with reusable pumps that allows you to change up the scent every 3 months or so. I like the ability to delay delivery for up to a month since I don't always go through the order in 3 months. I also took the time to sit down and look up all the ingredients. It is one of my indulgences for myself.

This brand does a great job of creating a shampoo that will work for you. I have had problems with oiliness for as long as I can remember, couple that with occasional flakiness, it made finding a shampoo that tackled both issues frustrating. I have been using salon shampoo for years but the issues came back. Some tackled the oiliness but left my hair dry and my scalp flaky. If I addressed the flakiness the oiliness was awful. I have been using Prose for about six months. I can go three days before I notice the oiliness. The flakes are a thing of the past. You won’t be disappointed.

I subscribe to both their hair and skin care lines. I love the quality of the products – my hair and skin love them too! Although I do wish you could break up the sets to get each product shipped to you at the frequency that matches your use of each item, overall I love this brand and have recommended them to many different people who now are subscribers too.

Prose is an amazing product. I've spent way too much looking for the right shampoo/conditioner/styling product in the past before I found Prose. The products are perfect for my hair and make it feel clean, soft and silky, and the shine is long lasting. Just as good, if not better, than when I leave a salon! Definitely the best hair products I've ever used!

The supplements are crucial. My hair was horrible and after using Prose for a year it is coming back, my hair was thinning and now it’s full and the texture is great. The curl cream is incomparable. The hair mask is amazing. It’s just an actual beautiful product that does what it says it’s going to do. It’s not only personalized but the product works and does what it says it going to for your hair. I got so used to hair products saying it does great for your hair only to find it doesn’t- NOT WITH PROSE!!! It does exactly what it says it will for your hair.

The shampoo and conditioner has actually made a difference with my hair. It feels thicker and doesn't feel limp and gross the next day. I can go more days without washing.

I have been using Prose hair care products for a at least 4 years. They had a visual survey focusing on my hair which intrigued me. I have medium curly, dry hair. No matter how many days I skip washing my hair (you can’t brush curly hair) the products I received allow me to glide a wide tooth comb through my hair in the shower. Their philosophy towards customer care has been a pleasure the few times I needed to contact them. Their staff responses are quick, congenial and knowledgable. All in all while the products may seem expensive I find a little goes a long way and Prose seems to care that I stay a client and customer.

Love everything about the brand! I use hair care and skin care and my hair and skin have never been better!
