I love their shampoo, but their supplements are absolutely worthless and I feel deceived, misled, and defrauded. Every time I brought up the lack of effectiveness, I was assured that if I just kept using them, they would work. I spent a LOT of money and no, they never worked. Never. No one has ever apologized for lying to me or even admitted they lied to me. I was given store credit for the amount of one month of that garbage but that really doesn't make it all right. But as I said, their shampoo is terrific, so I still subscribe for that. ETA: I replied to Celeste and instead of addressing my issue, she canceled my shampoo subscription and said not one thing about the supplements. This is a horrible company and everyone should stay away from them.

I've been using the haircare line for a few years now and my hair was never in better shape before I switched to Prose. I love how customized it is for you! I've had a few occurrences when I needed to contact people from Prose and they are quick to respond and very thorough with their responses. They definitely aim to please their customers the best they can. I will continue to use this brand religiously for my hair care regimen

I have been loving the products, the shampoo is soft, but removes built in, the conditioner helps me a lot when I am untangling my hair and the cream has helped me recover my curls, to shape them and define them

I wish it was easier to push back an order

I love prose. I love that these products are custom formulated for my hair and scalp. I love the rewards program. I love the scent and quality of the products. I also love the ability to customize my subscription from the items I need or want to how often I get the subscription.

It has made a huge difference to my curls. They used to look "fuzzy" and flat before. Now they have definition again. And it lasts between washes mostly. Love it

I cannot say enough great things about this company! I started out with the hair care, and now I’m onto the skin care. It’s amazing and worth every penny, it’s always a perfect blend for my hair and my skin.

I love the Prose custom haircare experience. My hair has never been happier and healthier! I was initially concerned about the price associated with custom products; however, since starting my routine, I have gotten my wash days down to only once a week! Now, the price seems outrageously reasonable. I can see all the happy baby hairs, fewer split ends, and a substantially less greasy scalp. I am shocked at how much of a change my hair has made, and recommend Prose custom haircare to all my friends. I have already benefitted from a couple free products because their rewards program is stellar! The only feedback I have is that I wish I could combine miscellaneous product purchases with my routine subscription orders. I would like to purchase the hair towel but haven't gotten around to it because it would be its own order instead of combined with my routine purchases. Also, I wish the dry shampoo came in tints and scents. I use it all the time to keep my hair fresh between washing but wish that it didn't appear starkly white on my bright red hair and wish that it had a fresh clean scent. I have just started using the custom face products and am already seeing an improvement. I previously used a very extensive (and expensive) line from Juice beauty. I think I am preferring Prose, but feel like the face care line could definitely expand. I absolutely am looking for products with SPF (redhead, party of one) to use during the day. Considering the brand takes into account my location and UV exposure, I think they should take that into consideration. Also, I am not a fan of the pot of moisturizer - maybe consider a different packaging approach that I won't have to insert my fingers into the product. Juice Beauty, for example, has a moisturizer that the container has a vacuum seal pump that dispenses the perfect amount of product, without my having to insert my fingers into the whole pot. Otherwise, I think my face texture and moisture have improved since starting the routine only a few weeks ago. Also, wondering if there are ways to use glass bottles or something reusable? Maybe including the cost of sending the empty bottles back to be recycled/refilled? Or add that on your package? I love the green mission but think Prose could take things a step forward.

I want to give PROSE 5 stars for product quality, it smells amazing and makes my hair look great. The reason for the 4-star rating is based on the fact that I can really only purchase this when there is a huge sale. It is just too expensive for the amount of product you get. I have been using it sparingly to make it last until it goes on sale again, which isn't ideal when it is a product that you could typically use daily.

I love the customized hair products. My hair has changed for the better since switching to prose and I don’t intend to change hair products. I only gave 4 stars because I have a lot of trouble with the auto shipping and regardless of my settings end up with way too much product (things shipping multiple times in a row even though that is not how they’re set) and the option to receive pumps or not is NEVER accurate. There have been times when I receive pumps for months even though I have opted for no pumps and times when I need them and they don’t send regardless of opting for pumps. I sometimes end up with so much product I can’t use it in time.

I love the hair products, but I found the face products to be pretty terrible and made my skin actually worse.

This is a quality product that provides wonderful hair care. I can feel the difference in the structure of my hair. As someone who is 50% gray, frizz is a factor in my hair and since using the shampoo and conditioner I have noticed a marked improvement. After using the pair for 3 months, I am able to go longer between shampoos, which has also improved my scalp health. Love the product, love the company.

I love that the ingredients are so good for your hair. It is trustworthy.

Night and day difference to my hair

The shampoo is compatible with my hair, but unfortunately it has not prevented hair loss and has not caused them to regrow. This was my problem that was not solved.

It makes my hair shiny with beautiful curls! My hair is still shedding since I have a baby three months ago but it has volume and no frizz! Thank you for the nice products!

I like the product but I had a very bad allergic reaction to the Curl Cream. I've had to stop using it and in the meantime I got another order sent to me.

I LOVE the hair product and recommend it to everyone. The skin care serum is fine for the price point but there are plenty others I like better for the cost. I HATE the subscription management system. They used to send reminders to manage the subscription before they shipped your next order. No longer. I have to act like I’m going to cancel in order to pause a subscription for more than 90 days, and the inability to push out the frequency of the subscription is ridiculous. Skin care serum every month? Shampoo and conditioner no less frequently than every three? All with no reminders? It starts to seem like it’s all designed to just get my money without my noticing which makes me question the product.
