I got the custom shampoo, conditioner, and hair mask. It was gifted by prose. The custom shampoo leaves my scalp and roots feeling clean but not dry, and leaves a noticeable difference, removing brassiness. The conditioner is super moisturizing and makes my hair feel super healthy and smooth. The smell is amazing, and you choose it!

These products were gifted by Prose. I really liked this set, and the pre-questionnaire was so intuitive. I liked how it even took into account where I live. I have been using Prose for more than three years. Before Prose, I used all the national brands but always had to change after a few months because they stopped "working". Never had that problem with Prose. They seasonally adjust my formula according to my needs. What I like is that two little squirts is all it takes for wonderfully clean hair. I compared the little bottles with the giant national brands, and Prose is cheaper, works better and I never had such good hair!! I have their conditioner also but seldom need to use it.

Amazing bespoke hair care products. I have been using custom formulated Prose for 6 months and will never change back to store bought. the Aurora fragrance is a comfort smell to me now.

Best combination of shampoo and conditioner I have ever used. Still working on the frequency of shipping that’s right for me, but they are very helpful and quick to respond. I’m considering the other products, but wish I could get a sample size before committing… Love the packaging and shipping packaging, too. Quality with an eye on environmental footprint.

Great customization. I have naturally greasy hair and prose got me hooked on a new routine where I use leave in conditioner vs using conditioner in the shower. The scent is phenomenal. I do feel like my hair is healthy and shiney but I don’t think that my prose products solve the greasiness of my hair.

I love this company. I love the idea of customization!! Everything about this process works...from the questionnaire to the ordering to the delivery to the usage! If you are thinking about it...the answer should be yes!

I had tried every shampoo, treatment, homemade concoction I could think of and find. Turns out I have extremely hard water where I live, so much so that even medicated shampoo could not fix my hair and scalp. I gave Prose a try, and my once a day mandatory shampoo, turned into maybe 3 times a week, and I probably could go longer. If you have hair or scalp issues, don’t hesitate to try Prose.

I have a sensitive scalp, and was excited to try this brand. I tried out many formulas, through the websites review/reformulate option, and by talking to a representative. Nothing really helped with my scalp irritation. I also saw that the ingredients that were listed as the "active ingredients" for my concerns were the last on the ingredients list, meaning that the smallest percent in the formula was the ingredients for helping the issue. I gave up after 2 years of changes.

I have used their shampoo, conditioner, leave-in curl creme, gel & face wash. I love all of them and have them on auto-ship.

I am very satisfied with these products. My hair feels light and clean. My curls are more defined yet not sticky or crunchy.

High quality products and amazing customer service! I have subscribed to Prose for years. It is the easiest way to get hair care products that I know are free of toxic ingredients. I have contacted customer service a couple times with questions and requests for help with my subscription. Every time they have exceeded my expectations with their information and support. I don't usual spend this much on any self care products or hygiene products. This is an investment that I am happy to make for myself because it works really well for me, and I can adjust the formula/give feedback at any time.

Love the personalized formulas. The quality of the product is fantastic and my hair and skin love it!

I love the packaging and the fast shipping first of all. The products are amazing, they smell wonderful and they last a really long time. I absolutely love that it’s formulated specifically for my hair needs. My hair has been dramatically different since I started using Prose. Also the customer service is phenomenal.
