I use Prose skincare and haircare products for dryness and allergies. They solved my itchiness and are nonallergenic with a lovely light scent.

Absolutely amazing quality and results!! Very helpful service team and so easy to get/ use!! After one wash my hair is smoother, shinier, wavier and healthier than I have EVER seen it before!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!! 💗

Did not work for me though I’ve had friends who love it. Felt overpriced for ineffective ingredients and mediocre results

I love the hair and face products, I saw immediate improvement after the first couple of uses. I hate their app’s pause subscription feature. It’s so manipulative! The only option even close to “I have short hair and use half the product you recommend” intentionally state the issue as “I don’t use enough product…” I have to suspend my subscription between refills because if I don’t, I end up with 2 years worth in backup! Please offer your subscribers the option to refill every 4-5-6 months.

As a teenager I did a lot of damage to my hair with box hair dyes and heat damage. After having my children I noticed further changes to my hair where it was dry, thin and lifeless. On a whim I decided to splurge on myself to try Prose. The first thing I noticed was that I loved the scent of my products. I knew if nothing else at least it smelled great. My husband has been a big fan of it. After using it now for a few months there has been a considerable improvement in the quality of my hair. It feels thicker and healthier. I was skeptical initially on if I would be willing to continue with the cost but it’s well worth it. Also, when I factored in the amount I was already spending on aerosol dry shampoos I realized there isn’t that big of a difference in price. I did find there was a learning curve to the dry shampoo but I’ve figured out better application techniques. I’m looking forward to trying the skincare products to continue my self care journey.

Changed my hair game - after decades of *MEH* hair - I now get compliments on it all the time. ONE wash and condition with Prose products and I noticed a difference in the smoothness, shine, and texture of my hair. It smells amazing. It makes my mom life easier knowing that I just have to take a shower to have a good hair day. I have a 6-year old son with curly, rambunctious hair, and I use the curl cream on his mop before picture day or events and it makes his curls ADORABLE! Recommended this product to innumerable friends and the consensus is that we all saw a notable, positive change in our hair after the first wash. Try it, you will LOVE it! I can't wait to try the skin care line.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. What a game changer this has been for my hair! I have baby fine hair that has been thinning as I age. On a whim I decided to give Prose a shot and I’m so glad I did! The hair care and supplements are second to none! I have noticed new growth and improved thickness in my hair. It is also so soft. My hairdresser has even notice a difference. Their customer service is also amazing. A few months ago I notice the products didn’t seem to be working like they did. They worked with me asking several questions and refined the formula for me. I’ve never written a review on here before, but I love Prose so much I felt like I needed to. I found out about Prose through an Instagram ad. I thought it was a cool idea, but I wasn’t sure how much I would like it. For my whole life, I struggled with frizzy, static, and limp hair. Sometimes it would be semi wavy, but always frizzy. No matter what shampoo I used, my hair always felt oily at the scalp and dry at the ends. I just thought it was how my hair was. When I started using Prose, I literally felt like I had new hair. My scalp felt so clean, but never stripped or dry. My hair was so soft and shiny, and it never felt like it was coated in product. I found out my hair was curly after using Prose! Who knew! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hair since using Prose and I will tell anyone who will listen it is because of their amazing products. I love the floral smell and how luxurious it feels to use each product. Most importantly, I finally feel confident and happy with my hair. Thanks Prose!

Worked well for the first 5-6 months. After it started to dry my hair too much, I found I was using more post-shower cremes and oils to combat it. I liked how easy it was to change the scent, but as my hair would change based on the season, it was a hassle needing to do the whole quiz to adjust only a few things.

I have new waves since pregnancy and I’ve been pretty happy with them, but using this set literally took my hair to new levels! Like, my waves are full circles, start at my root and are bouncy now … this hasn’t happened before!! The shampoo is super effective at cleansing my hair without being “squeaky” clean. The conditioner is incredibly hydrating and nourishing without weighing down. The curl cream is my absolute favorite though. My hair just drinks it up and forms the most glorious clumps. It starts of feeling thick, but hair just slacks it in and feels like a great amount of slip. I’m so obsessed with this set. It’s truly made just for me and it smells like all of my dreams coming true. Gifted by prose.

I like the customizable hair care as my skin is incredibly sensitive to conditioner products. Subscription is easy to change as needed and consistent!

Amazing customer service and products! I love that the product evolves with you - you can review and refine ur formulas after each batch and can edit your consultation whenever things change. I’ve tried most, if not all of their scents and have yet to encounter one I don’t like. 10/10 would recommend if it’s in your budget! I also love that it’s a more sustainable alternative to other hair care manufacturers. :) For context, have slightly wavy, thick (both in amount and in texture) hair that tends to get super frizzy. I’ve never had better hair days than after continued use of Prose products! I could go on and on about how much I love Prose tbh

I initially loved it, but after using for a while my hair wasn’t feeling as soft. I have fine hair and eventually had to switch to another brand. Aldo the smell is almost nonexistent.

I love this concept and the way that they market, package, and distribute the product. It takes the guess-work out of purchasing hair care. It is important to customize your subscription so that you don’t wind up with too much product. It is a luxury service but worth the cost.

When I first heard about Prose I couldn’t believe that you can customize your hair products! Once I finished online test according to my hair structure and texture I received my hair products to my preference. I love to apply the hair mask before I wash my hair it helps to get moisturize and restore my very fine hair, which is actually my favorite product of prose. After I shampoo and apply conditioner to seal my dry ends. In overall, I am very happy with results and how gentle the product is for my damaged hair that brining it back to live. Gifted by prose

I wanted to love prose so very badly. Don't get me wrong, it's fine. Does the job, no complaints about the product. However, it's very expensive and for me, it did nothing for my hair. Felt like any average shampoo/conditioner.

The shampoo and conditioner did not make my hair any less oily or more manageable. The charcoal treatment helps a bit but I would have to use it every day.
