I use the shampoo, conditioner, facial cleanser, serum, and moisturizer. There is nothing I do not like about this product and it is well worth the cost. The customization is not just a gimmick, it provides the company with information they actually use to formulate hair and skin care that is perfect for your type and environment.

This brand really gifted me their custom hair care, which is very hard to come by and especially the affordability! I am very happy I eat to use these products daily, and I love the fact that you can add products that might benefit certain types of hair. The questionnaire they have you fill out is very detailed and very easy to get through and I would recommend this to anyone struggling to find great hair care!

I have to admit I was skeptical of a custom haircare routine. However, I am amazed at how my hair has responded! I had no idea how much of an impact the climate and water I use to wash my hair had! This shampoo set was gifted by Prose Beauty. I have been using the shampoo and conditioner for about two weeks now and I can tell such a difference in my hair. I love that the products are tailored to exactly what YOUR hair needs!

Firstly, I’d like to note that this was gifted by Prose. That means I didn’t buy the product, not that Prose bought my integrity. However, I will absolutely buy these beauties again because WOW. The whole system is noteworthy, but the shampoo is extra special. I feel like a good conditioner can never replace a bad shampoo, and this is one of the only formulas I’ve ever tried that leaves my strands silky JUST from the shampoo.

The only downside is that the bottles are a bit small.

Gifted by prose! This is such an amazing concept that I can’t believe I didn’t know about. Love that you can make your own haircare set that works best for you. I’ve used for a week and have noticed any hair is so much softer and less frizzy.

Transparently I haven’t seen drastic changes to my hair after using this consistently for 2 weeks! I do really love everything about customization process - it’s soooo thorough, and you really feel like they’re digging into the details of your hair and not just “do you want volume, hydration, etc.”. I think it’s really interesting that it detects how hard your water is based on your zip code. The fragrance of the collection I got is AMAZING. Fresh peonies and flowers, I just wish the scent lingered afterwards. The pre shampoo mask was interesting, cool concept but I didn’t love the texture as it was very liquidy. I received a set of shampoo, conditioner, and curl cream complimentary from Prose. At first I was a bit skeptical - how could they really customize hair care that worked for my super finicky hair? For background, my hair is long (mid-back to waist), fine, wavy/curly (much more so before having kids), and I have a really hard time finding hair care that I like and that does anything to help bring some life back into my low maintenance locks. To start, the quiz that determines your ideal ingredients is easy and intuitive. For the products themselves, the scent is absolutely divine (I chose Palma), they lather well and provide good slip, and they feel high quality. While I believe that choosing to add a silicone ingredient (prose used high quality lab grade silicone if youd like it) could have made more of a difference with frizz and moisture retention, it doesn’t leave my hair dry and brittle. I feel that my hair had more volume (so hard to do with long fine hair!) and the curl pattern is starting to re-emerge. The curl cream was not my favorite as it did make my hair feel a bit straw like, but my hair also just really doesn’t love curl creams I think. My curly 3 year olds hair absolutely loves it though! Overall a win, and I think I’ll retake the quiz later on to adjust the ingredients before re-ordering.

I received my personalized routine complimentary from Prose but all opinions are based on my experience, after using the products for three weeks. At first, I was skeptical about a personalized routine, but let me tell you that it has been one of the best things I have done for my hair. The Pre Shampoo Mask is one of my favorites because it gently exfoliates and detoxes the scalp. After use, my scalp feels healthy and clean. The Shampoo and Conditioner can be personalized to not have silicone, which I love, and they let my hair feel great. The fragrance that I chose didn't disappoint. It's subtle but long-lasting and the hair smells amazing. While using the shampoo and conditioner my hair feels soft and nourished. I have a really oily scalp but I am starting to notice how my hair doesn't get oily so fast on the second day of wash, especially when using the mask. The only thing I don't like has been how small the bottles are for the price, but so far the products have been a great addition to my routine.

I have tried many different brands that promise making your hair look shiner and better but Prose is definitely something else. The fact that you can customize your products is just my favorite part. I usually wash my hair every two days because it is oily but since i started using these i wash it every 3 or 4 days in fact, you don’t even need to use as much as other products and brands out there. Honestly it was a 10 out of a 10 experience for me.

If you are an oily root girl with dry ends this is the set for you. It’s been such a game changer for me. It gets my hair so clean and soft. It doesn’t get oily the following day either which is a first for me. My hair is really long and on the thicker side. This has it soft and washing last a few days without getting gross. This product was gifted by Prose. I have medium-long, color treated, fine texture/thick density hair. My main issues are damage, breakage and lack of vibrancy. I found the scent to be really pleasant and I loved that I could choose which one I wanted as well. The scalp scrub felt great and did make me feel like my scalp has been very well cleaned. The shampoo lathered well and didn't leave my hair feeling stripped. The conditioner did brighten my hair and made it soft and manageable. The system worked great together for my hair and I loved that the products have good ingredients. My hair looks and feels better so I would definitely recommend!

My hair has been dry due to the weather changes and I wanted to try custom hair care to see if it would help with the health of my hair. I love that the site makes you take a thorough assessment to ensure the best formula for your hair. I got a shampoo and conditioner set and I noticed within the first week of use that my hair felt smoother, softer, and was more tangle free. I use less leave in conditioner now because my hair feels moisturized and hydrated now. Definitely a must try if you want a hair care set that will change your hair health.
