My hair felt softer and smoother after just one use and has continued to improve since. I have incredibly fine hair and pair that with continued highlighting, my hair was dry and brittle. I look forward to healthier hair! #prosepraise

I have fine straight hair and didn't notice a difference between my Prose products and my usual hair care products, for me it was not worth the price and I cancelled my subscription.

I purchased the hair shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in conditioner. Immediately noticed results from all three - my hair feels and looks amazing. I have issues with extremely dry hair and the custom formula I have has transformed my hair, I love it. For the skincare products I purchased the face wash, serum, and moisturizer. I can't say this enough - I absolutely love these products. Instantly noticed a difference - a decrease in redness and visibly large pores, my face just feels amazing. Love love love it all.

I did appreciate some of the products but didn’t feel that I got what I paid for. Plus, the subscription model feels like a scam. I have other subscriptions in which it’s easy to pause a delivery but by the time you get an alert from Prose that they are sending you a product and you ask for a cancel or pause, it’s too late. They will not pause or cancel your product even if you immediately reply to them asking them for a pause.

My hair’s behavior has gotten a lot more consistent while using Prose. My curl clumps have stronger memory and last longer. My scalp is better off, too. I have Psoriasis and honestly feel that the general condition and oil production of my scalp has become more consistent. The curl cream isn’t right for me but I started that conversation with a representative and neglected to follow up so that’s on me. The response I got when I brought up my concerns was prompt and thorough. They’re definitely eager to help you resolve any issues which makes me believe it’s truly customized. I am going to try the leave in conditioner this next order. We will see how that goes. I needed to bump up my order date recently. Someone helped me right away. Trying the skin care for the first time. Going to give it a proper four weeks to assess. Love the products, love the customer service even more. I would really like to see the hair products switch to glass containers or even aluminum or fully recycled plastic. This would be the cherry on top of it all.

I’ve been using Prose for about a year. I never want to use another shampoo /conditioner again. I love that it’s custom to my needs. My hair has never looked & felt so great! When I started I was newly pregnant then changed my formula once I was postpartum. I’ve always struggled with thin oily but brittle hair. My custom formula gives my hair volume, shine, feels clean & looks great. I’m a wash everyday kind of person. Now I can wash every 3 days or so.

I’ve washed my hair 3 times since I received my order. I’ve never had such a long period of time go by in between washes. It’s amazing. I usually have oil build up by the next day. But I don’t even look at dry shampoo until day 4. I’m in love! #ProsePraise

I really like that this hair routine is customized based on your own hair needs! The scent is lovely and light, and I think the packaging is super cute. I unfortunately didn’t love the formulas I ended up with though because I found that they really weighed down my hair and made it look dirty already, even just on the second day. I usually go a few days between washes, so I was washing more frequently with this routine and ended up using more dry shampoo than usual too. Gifted by prose.

Gifted by Prose. I am obsessed with my new hair care routine. I have naturally curly hair that I like to heat style often. I feel like my shampoo and conditioner are making my hair feel and look healthier while the curl cream I had developed magically tames my frizzy curls! The packaging is also super aesthetic and the scent smells amazing.

I am very happy with Prose shampoo and conditioner. I have a dry scalp and in winter it gets very itchy. When I use Prose shampoo and conditioner, I don't have that problem anymore. Plus, my hair is fuller, which my husband noticed. This is especially nice since I'm over 60 and my hair has been thinning. I also like the fact that I can customize my shampoo to fit my needs.

Love their scents, used it for a long time based on that alone.

Got my products a bit over a week ago and after only 2 uses so far I can already see a big difference. My curls are loose, bouncier, not crunchy, stiff and tight as with other products I have been using. My hair has big curls and waves and Prose emphasizes that. Luv! Already recommending to others!

#ProsePraise Since I’ve started using Prose my hair is longer, stronger, shinier with less shedding, brassy is a thing of the past with my naturally silver hair. I’ve got pin straight hair and the frizzy fly always are a thing of the past and I’m able to wash my hair twice a week now instead of every other day! After 6 months I’m extremely happy with the outcome, I’ve added the pre shampoo hair mask and looking forward to seeing how it goes. In the beginning I was Leary of the price point but I have to say I’m pretty happy with hair now! Just do it, give it 6 months and be prepared for lots of compliments. I’m extremely proud of my hair and I go to great lengths to care for it….do you!

The product that was developed for me made my hair sooo greasy

I love the quality of the Prose Products. My hair has never been healthier. One of the things that have amazed me is Prose's Customer Service Support. I requested a change, and I thought that perhaps I was wasting my time. I was wrong. Withing the next 24 hours I received a personalized, caring email from Anna who quickly and promptly solve my issue. Team Prose are beyond amazing: quick responses, kind, warm and with customers’ needs at heart.

I’ve used Prose Shampoo, conditioner, and curl cream for a few years. When my hair is longer the curls really show up and this product isn’t sticky at all. Just a little bit of water in the morning the next few days resets the curl cream making this a financial winner.

The Prose products are exactly as described based on hair type with help from questionnaire. Within 2 days of use I notice a huge change. My hair feels healthier and not falling out. Not only do you have the option to change the fragrance(optional) if wanted. Prose products are eco friendly & the ordering was very simple. Thank you for creating a product that is made from organic products and eco friendly. I will continue to use the products from now on. Thank you for putting the love and care in each product made.

I am 44 and past while I have been losing hair like crazy. like out of the ordinary and it’s like balding almost so was kinda freaking out about it. I even got my blood tests done just to make sure. (everything good there) so I’m like what is going on?? Turns out what I was using ( for years ) is just shit. I lost so much hair every time id brush it out ( with conditioner in the shower only) as I have curly hair, anyways this Prose is like magic! I have only used it a month, (still haven’t even gotten my 2nd month shipment yet)and I see the results! Like wow my hair is stronggg. Hardly lose any hair now and my hair is growing healthy it’s really amazing, I rarely do reviews but I had to review this! Definitely worth it! #prosepraise #praiseprose

This is a sad example of when a greedy company that is interested in their bottom line comes up with a great product. Their sales is based on subscription, which I don’t have problem with but we all know it’s a sleazy way of hooking you up to a product that its use may vary in your life. Our lives are so busy for going on the website and pushing an order back for couple of months, so we end up with extra bottles. I had problem with their delivery system and I was not getting their products on time, there is no way on reaching out a live human. Under the contact section on their website you can find ways to contact media, become a representative but reaching out to them is so impersonal. I have tried to reach out to them for couple of times, no response. Great thing about technology is that no one company can dominate it. Eventually better companies with similar or better product and of course reasonable customer service will hit the market. Till then I will cancel my subscription.

it's ok... smells are pretty nice. i feel like you don't need custom formulas. you can just find products targeted towards your concerns. i love the bottles though, they are so pretty!! can't really speak to each individual product because they are different for everyone
