Amazing customer service. I wrote in with some skin care questions and they took a lot of time throughly answering everything. They even moved it up the chain to make sure I had the most accurate information. I also absolutely love the pre shampoo hair mask. I am swimmer and it really helps get the chlorine out of my hair.

I saw the ads for Prose and was honestly a little skeptical at first at the products and the legitimacy of their claims. However, I tried both the fully customized hair set, as I figured if I wanted to try it and actually see if it worked, as well as their new customized skincare set and just let me tell you; WHAT a difference Prose did for my hair and skin! I absolutely LOVED the customizability that Prose offers as well as actually being able to see what specific ingredients are being used in my products. After about a month and a half of using their products, my hair became much healthier, shinier, and smoother! I was able to actually allow my hair to find its old curls again and use products that actually kept it from being damaged by the environment as well as the styling I have to do for school and work. As for Prose's skincare set, I am nothing but impressed. The face wash truly leaves my skin feeling clean and I noticed far less acne and blackheads because of the face wash. The serum and moisturizer both are light weight yet highly moisturizing, able to leave my face ready to face the day with newfound brightness and clarity. I have also had nothing but the best customer service experience with the team at Prose. They have always responded in a timely fashion and have never been anything but kind and helpful! They truly know how to provide legitimate customer service. I truly could not be happier with my experience with Prose and the peace of knowing the healthy and natural ingredients I am using for my skin and hair!

I used Prose a year ago over the course of 7 months. I initially enjoyed my experience but found overtime my hair wasn't achieving the results that had been promised in their advertising. The methodology of how they create products using your data points also seems unclear. I have curly / wavy hair and did not see any improvement with my curl pattern.

I decided to try Prose after researching products for awhile, talking to friends and just trying it out. The online questionnaire to get started was great, in depth, and asked a lot of questions about my hair I hadn't been asked before - great kickoff! I received my products and got started. I had to do a few tweaks on the compositions and Prose's customer care is TOP NOTCH. I worked with Rachel via email who was working directly with the Prose chemists to get me exactly what I needed. She even extended my subscription, giving me more time with the new products, sent me some great links and gave great at-home advice for how to best use the products for the best results. Needless to say, I'm sold on Prose, can't wait for the new products and look forward to great ongoing experience with their customer service team and product line - thank you Prose!

Both the Prose haircare and skincare have been a game-changer for me. The customization really does make a difference as opposed to store-bought generics. Thank you SO much!

I have been using Prose for the last four or five months and am very happy with the results. My hair is thin and baby fine and Prose gives it shine and body. I just recently started using the Pre-wash Deep Conditioner before shampooing, and my hair comes out nice and full. It is very light and doesn't weigh it down. I am a Prose girl for the foreseeable future that is certain!!

LOVE the hair products! My hair was so poofy and not tamed and this mixture really helped calm it down. No more poofy hair and even gave my hair its natural wave. SO happy with their hair products. I was hoping the face wash etc would do wonder for my skin but I just have such bad hormonal acne, it made it slightly worse. I am going to try to get a different mixture and hoping that will help, I love that that’s an option!!

I'd give the shampoo and conditioner 5/5 stars. It makes my hair feel great! I like the hair mask, but I forget or don't have enough time to use it before I shower. Also, it's 2024 and the main issue I have is there's no email reminder a few days before your subscription ships. I only shampoo my hair 2–3 times a week, so I don't go through my subscription before it's set to renew. Next, I have ADHD, so having an email reminder makes it more accessible for me because I won't get charged when I don't need more. I pay for 2–3 subscriptions including this one and most of my others send me an email before they send me more. There was also nothing I saw that explicitly said this when I signed up.

#ProsePraise To be honest, two of the first four products I received I was really unhappy with, the pre-shampoo mask and the conditioner. Two of the products, shampoo and hair towel were perfect. I reached out to Prose and the customer service was outstanding and they 100% stood behind their guarantee and products. They have reformulated my pre-shampoo mask and conditioner and I have chosen another scent and they are providing the replacements to me free of charge. I so appreciate that they stand by their products and are so customer service focused. The hair towel is the best one I have found yet for my long, curly, wavy hair. I was going way out of my comfort zone ordering a product I did not know much about. I usually go with the "salon" lines. Glad I took a chance on Prose.

I’m really here to write a review about an expectationsl pros employee. Karina was so helpful and each of her emails were thorough! Pros is undoubtedly an amazing company and I could go on and on about all the wonderful things. But I wanted to write a review about the great help I received. Anytime I’ve dealt with pros customer service, it’s always been a pleasurable experience. It’s clear that Pros invests in people who will demonstrate the philosophy of the company.

Loving my PROSE shampoo, conditioner and hair mask. WONDERFUL INGREDIENTS that have changed my hair!!! My Shampoo contains Professional Polymer, which helps lock in moisture, tame frizz, and improve manageability. It'll also now contain our color-protecting Oat Lipids and Sunflower Seed Oil, which help lock in moisture and restore softness and shine. I’ve noticed more VOLUME & NO MORE FRIZZ! Preface this with I do love this product! Used intermittently with my other product kept my curls lush. I had to cut back a bit but let me tell you she is still in the mix! Healthy and happy bounce!

I am always searching for products that are safe for me and my family. I was willing to try a subscription of Prose. I did the questionnaire and waited with anticipation for my products to arrive. I honestly did not care for this product. I did two full subscriptions. I felt that my hair was stripped of all shine and was dull. I would twice a month, use my regular brand to bring my hair somewhat back. After the 2nd subscription products were done, I cancelled. Everybody's hair chemistry is different. This is my own experience. Try the product yourself.
