I had a reaction to my skin but I don't believe it was a cause of using the facial cleanser. My face is super sensitive and I started breaking out bad. I am now under the care of a dr for it, that's how bad it is. I contacted customer service and I was beyond pleased and thankful for the customer service! They tried to offer me options to stay with the product but due to my skin issue, I declined. But I was really pleased with the customer service I received, thank you prose! #prosepraise

Wow! I received my personal hair care shampoo and conditioner. I’ve tried all the things and I’ve never been happy with the overall outcome of my washed hair. I’ve experienced from different hair products the following; hair frizziness, oily hair, breakage, and dry. Literally after the first use of prose I was shocked! My hair dried more controlled than I think it ever had in my LIFE and felt incredible! I am on to my next subscription order ✨right on time✨! I’m so impressed with my hair results that TODAY I placed my first skincare order. Excited and hopeful to see the same result for my skin that I did with my hair! Very very impressed with this product!!

I love these skincare products! This was my first time trying custom skincare, and I was wary of the process, but I really appreciated how thorough the quiz was. When my products arrived I was stunned by how gorgeous the packaging is! And the products inside deliver: they’re gentle yet effective and feel high-end. Will definitely be reordering!

My hair is fine but I have a lot of it so it could never withstand any amount of product. I have tried everything to get the volume back in my hair and nothing worked. After using Prose for a few weeks my hair just felt different and after a few months it I was like my hair was brand new! Now I never use product and my hair can withstand the heat from both a hair dryer and hot iron for the necessary time and only the weather can cause frizz. I am very pleased with the results!

Prose has made a difference in my hair as I age. I’m approaching 50 and my hair is changing. I started using Prose a year or two ago and my hairdresser made a comment that it looked healthier, shinier, and felt good. Eventually, I stopped using Prose for a few months bc I wanted to try the salon brand. I haven’t spent much on hair products through the years, but I went back to Prose because I’m getting better results from their product than expensive salon brands. I like the quiz taken before committing to the product. Recently, I got the Hair mask and am looking forward to using that in my hair care routine. I have thick, long, heavy hair. I go through teh conditioner quicker, but I’m hoping the mask alleviates that problem.

Great haircare, love the product... do not love the price. The product is great and does what it says that it will do, but the price is very steep.

I’ve used Prose for about a year now and it’s amazing. Some weeks my skin is so clear that when I go out I get compliments on my SKIN! I do not wear makeup either so facial products are very important to me since I do not hide any blemishes. I have had severe allergies my entire life also and I have never been red, itchy, or puffy from these products. I use the hair products as well and the root supplements have helped my scalp and breakage. After 9 subscribed purchases the 10th is free so if you use skin and hair you quickly get free products. Budget out and use Prose! It’s definitely worth it.

I’ve been using Prose for a few years now, and it has transformed my hair. I use a hydrating, color protective shampoo with a purple conditioner for brassiness. In addition, I have a mask for the lengths of my hair and it works great - reduces frizz. I recently ran out of the leave-in conditioner, but it worked really well when I needed extra hydration and help detangling. I’m curious about the curl products since my hair is naturally wavy, but I haven’t added it to my order yet. I like that Prose has a variety of products for different hair types and that the ingredients can be tailored to your preferences and needs. I would (and have) definitely recommend!

I love how the shampoo, conditioner and curl cream make my hair look naturally beautiful! And the skin cleanser, serum and moisturizer go on smoothly and aren’t heavy. I’m also very “scent sensitive” and all of the products have light, pleasant scents. The product survey to get just what I needed and wanted was spot on!! As grad school ended the culmination of all that hard work and stress had done a visible number on my hair. Paired with a med change I was feeling a huge amount of insecurity that my once voluminous curls had reduced to dry shapeless fly aways. It had become so thin I had to cut my mid-back length hair to above my shoulders. It was devastating. My hair is my favorite physical attribute and I didn’t feel like me anymore. I’m now a 2 year prose user and am happy to say about a year of continuous use has my hair is better than it was before all those life changes, and continues to remain full and healthy. Shampoo works for me, but it was too frequent so I stopped about a year ago. Now that they have 12-week intervals (again) I resubscribed and tried also skincare (free products, ok, maybe I shouldn’t have, there’s always a catch.. I just thought I would try). Turns out they also subscribed me to a hair supplement (monthly!) and hair mask (monthly as well!). I cancelled everything except shampoo. Too late for the first order (about 140$ CAD extra). I may have been greedy but they are intentionally misleading and it’s a system. Just be aware.

I am really enjoying using my new haircare routine. It's helping my hair look and feel much better. It smells pretty good (but kind of reminds me of the cool water cologne my first high school boyfriend wore). I would like it if the product were a little more affordable

I love Prose! My fine and curly hair has always been extremely difficult to manage, but since using Prose it is noticeably more healthy, my curls are thriving and my frizz is significantly decreased. People in my life have even noticed a difference in it! The first order was slow to receive, but all of my subsequent orders have been placed and delivered in under 5 days! I don’t think I’ll ever go back to “off the shelf” hair products again.

I have dry, thin, gray hair. My customized products from Prose are the best I’ve ever used! My hair is silky, soft, and feels healthy. My waves stay in all day and there’s no “scrunch out the crunch”. I love that.

I'm in love with these products! Since I started using the haircare system, I have had noticably less shedding and my scalp isn't as itchy. It's a 10!
