This shampoo and conditioner didn’t work for me as I have very dry, thin, brittle sensitive hair. However the customer service alone would make me recommend this company. They offered to refund my money as soon as I advised I didn’t like the formula, and to try again with a different type. Definitely give this company a try!

After trying countless conditioners with no luck to fix my permanently frizzy and dry hair—I decided I wanted to switch to natural, clean, and sustainable beauty- so I landed on Prose and honestly WOW, did it exceed my expectations! Within just a few uses, my dry, damaged hair became shiny, soft, and sleek. I honestly couldn’t believe it. I was so impressed that I tried their skincare line, and again—WOW. My red, irritated, dry skin was instantly revived overnight. I haven't had a breakout or a dry patch since! I also love the ability to customize each product. If something isn’t quite right, they’ll remake the formula until it’s perfect—and every time, I’ve gotten exactly what I needed. Their customer service is top-notch, making the entire experience effortless. Every request I've ever had has been promptly handled- such a breeze! Prose has truly transformed my hair and skin, and I can’t recommend them enough!

Okay, my hair looked pretty good. But it become impossibly tangled after using and I definitely lost a few more hairs than usual. By a few I mean instead of one or two I had chunks. I thought it was stress but after I stopped using it for a different issue it’s been about the same as before. The worst issue was the allergic dermatitis I got on my chin, jawline and neck. I used it for months thinking it was from my skincare before it clicked and I realized the culprit. I wish I could get the literal hundreds that I spent on this product back. I am so frustrated. What’s worse is I had the subscription on every three months because I only wash my hair once a week and they keep sending me new bottles every month. I canceled the subscription after a few but I still have some left. Their curl cream was garbage. It just made my naturally curly hair limpish and dirty feeling. The hair mask was garbage but I used it as a conditioner instead of letting it sit… otherwise it would turn my hair into a massive dreadlock. I ended up with a ton of that before I figured out how to cancel it. I like the idea of a subscription but it was such a money sucker. So horrible. I will never use this brand again. Oh and I got the leave in conditioner for free as promotion thing. It did nothing but make my hair feel dirty. I had to wash it again at the end of the day.

I love this idea, but the product, both the shampoo and the conditioner, was so heavy for my hair. The good thing is that they offered me a discount to come back and retry a new formula.

Their products are high-quality. I can’t find a replacement. I absolutely love all their line of products. It’s worth it.

Using prose products has made my curls so much more moisturizer and bouncy. I especially love the shampoo and conditioner, the hair mask, and the curl cream.

He died a few weeks ago, and with everything going on, I forgot to cancel and was charged for restocking. Prose cannot cancel orders as they are custom, but Marc with the Pros was incredible during this time and helped us get a ONE TIME exception. I'm so thankful to Marc and this company and will be a future subscriber!

For something being advertised literally every five things I view on any social media, the women who comments are split between 50% want to try it and the other half have and are mad about losing their hair from it. This is why it's super important to read reviews and giveorw credit to the reviewer than to the company who benefits greatly from lying to you

I unfortunately wasn’t able to try the products in depth, as I had a random skin reaction, but I gave the product to a friend and she loved it! I’m writing this review because WOW was the customer service team amazing. I contacted them to let them know my skin didn’t cooperate with the product, and they immediately refunded my purchase and just told me to be sure to recycle the bottles. Incredible service team, really wishing my skin had allowed me to use the product! I really appreciate this level of service when trying new products, as I know my skin can be sensitive so this was a huge relief to know I could try it and talk to a real person if I didn’t like it. 10000/10 customer service, thank you Prose! And my friend likes the product (“my hair has never been so soft!”) so that’s great too:)

Prose delivered well, I so much love it. My skin was superb after using their product for a while. Now, I have a fantastic and radiant skin.

While the first batch of hair products wasn't a perfect match, I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful and accommodating the professional team was. I started using my Prose products a couple of months ago.(shampoo, conditioner and mask) Unfortunately I started having sensitivity issues. Allergy testing revealed I have sensitivity to fragrances-including botanicals. When I contacted Prose they were so kind and helpful. They are reformulating my products to be scent free and sending them out to me at no cost. I am so excited to find a company that really cares for their customers and the experience they have with their products!

Dude so I bought this shampoo and conditioner because I was having a lot of build up so I figured I would try it. My hair is kind of weird and only likes certain brands so I was nervous to try but it finally came in on Friday. I was so excited to use it! Well that night I accidentally got my hair in a candle and it Burnt my hair 😅😭 it smelled soooo bad and I thought it was ruined but I showered with my new Prose shampoo and conditioner and it’s like brand freaking new. The smell of burnt hair is gone and my hair doesn’t feel fried anymore. Literally saved my life! Only using your products for my hair from now on! My hair is so soft too and smells amazing.

I used Prose for a number of months and would summarize my experience as just fine. I don't think it changed my hair in any way. I think it is high quality shampoo and conditioner but I don't think it is as effective as high-end products you would buy at a salon

Dried my hair! Reached out and changed the formula and still — it dried my hair. I think it's a lot of tests and questions and products for the experience, but didn't do much for me, even made hair more bad. branding is nice! perfume is too strong. and who has the time to pre-shampoo mask, then shampoo, then condition, then mask, then style, then dry. GIMME A BREAK in the end you wind up putting whatever you can to get the frizz down – so whats the point?

I love prose so much it did wonders for my hair! I finally have my waves back. I have already recommended prose to multiple friends and will continue to. My hair is refreshed less greasy lighter and has more volume than ever before! #prosepraise

This brand has changed the texture of my hair. It feels and appears fuller, softer and shinier. I use it almost everyday (6/7 days per week). It smells refreshing but not overpowering AND they have a reward system.
