The serum didn’t work well for me — after applying it, my skin feels tight and dry within a few minutes, and even with moisturizer on top it still feels dehydrated, especially by the next morning. You take an online quiz to be able to get the exact formula that your hair needs. The product is made just for you. The scalp mask goes directly onto your wet scalp and helps to keep your scalp clean, which is important part of washing day. The shampoo lathers up nicely since a lot of the dirt is washed away with the scalp mask. The conditioner hydrates without leaving my hair feeling heavy. My hair is left feeling soft, shiny and bouncy.
