I was gifted by Prose a complimentary 3-piece hair care set. For less than 5 minutes, Prose's questionnaire about my hair care really improved my routine. Even before I got the box, I knew the set that they curated for me is going to be good. I got my box this week and it was more than what I expected. Packaging was top and quality was impressive. My hair felt so well treated.

I really liked the concept of the customized line — it felt nice to receive products that were specifically selected for me. Honestly, the shampoo didn’t lather very well in my opinion, which made me use more product than expected. Overall, it’s fine, but I wouldn’t say there’s anything particularly special about it.

I loved the unboxing of this package it was so adorable and the detail of my name on every bottle was such a nice touch! The scents were amazing! gifted by Prose, I received a personalized cleanser, serum, and a moisturizer. Talk about mind blowing I went onto their website not really knowing what to expect, when they said customized skin care. It’s so easy to do you’re just gonna answer questions regarding your skin age. What kind of issues you have do you have breakouts your normal questions what kind of climate do you live in. Then a week and a half later I get a box with products that say personalized for Janci. This is one of the coolest ideas and it makes so much sense to actually skin care that was specifically made for my skin for my problems for my age for my climate for for me. I love this the cleanser amazing the serum so far I’m really liking it and I’m really liking moisturizer. My skin feels great. The ingredients are all there for you so it’s not like you’re using something mysterious and I really appreciate the whole process. The products are high-quality top notch and I’m excited to see what happens. This is so cool and I took the hair quiz also and I’m gonna order some hair products just because I think it makes sense to use products that are specifically made for your skin or your hair I wasn’t expecting to receive such high 40 products but they are and if for any reason you feel like it’s missing something you just let them know and on your next order they will make sure to add that I am overall very, very, very impressed. I love the serum. It’s very lightweight. I don’t feel like I have a ton of skin care on the moisturizer absorbs quickly I mean these products are fantastic.

I ordered custom mask, shampoo and conditioner. First of all, the prompts they used to customize the products are easy to follow and answer. You can even choose a scent if you’d like to. What I loved about it is they cater to your needs and in my case, I have a very itchy scalp that is prone to dandruff. They even explain what the ingredients they’re putting in the customized shampoo, conditioner and mask. After ordering, the customized trio got delivered quickly! I am so happy trying the products, after first use, it already targeted my concern and I did not have itchy scalp at all. I will keep continuing using the products and order again in the future!
