WOW! I was extremely impressed by the custom survey that goes into knowing everything about my hair - type, length, damage - even the UV index of where I live. It’s completely created for you. After using the product the first time my hair felt soft and happy - so with continued use I’m sure I will be even more blown away. I also love the added touch of the bottles having my name on them. I got the pre-shampoo mask - so good for my dry damaged hair. HIGHLY recommended this hair care system - finally a company that truly feels like they CARE about their customers different needs and has quality ingredients! SUPERB! This was all over impressive. This was gifted by Prose - but I will say I’m a very harsh critic & almost never give 5 stars - this system deserves the high rating!!

I'm a 30 something who didn't embrace her wavy hair fully until 3 years ago . Now I'm on a mission to make sure my hair is well taken care of and looks it's best . I have loose wavy hair around type 2a- 2b . I have s-wave and ringlets . For the system I got : Shampoo- amazing even silicon free it lathered enough to get my hair very clean without causing tangles . Conditioner - it helped to detangle and moisturize my hair . Out of shower I could tell my hair was going to form best waves I've had yet . Curl cream - perfect for my hair . Didn't weigh down but defined my hair to beautiful loose waves and didn't weigh down my loose ringlets . Gel - used on top of my defined hair to hold . I love how defined and frizz free my hair is . My only regret is not trying sooner .

I really like Prose’s idea of customized haircare. The quiz was straightforward and did a great job figuring out my concerns and preferences. I’ve been having more flaking on my scalp than usual so I decided to try the shampoo and conditioner in hopes they’d help. (My hair is wavy, long, color-treated, fine, thinning, and a bit damaged for reference.) My shampoo focused on maintaining the natural balance of my scalp without color washout. It has a gel texture that lathers moderately. Rinses out easily. Left my hair and scalp feeling clean but not stripped. My scalp was less itchy after one use and flaking was under control after two. My conditioner has a creamy texture that feels lightweight. Coats hair nicely and rinses out completely. Hair felt nourished and smooth after using. I chose the leave-in mist for the heat protection and detangling aspects. The mist has a milky texture that sprays out kind of strongly, so I like to spray it into my hands and then work through my ends. After using all 3, my scalp does feel more balanced and my ends are less frizzy. My hair feels soft and looks healthy. I didn’t experience any weigh-down with the products. I did need to wash my hair one day earlier than with my previous lineup. All products have the fragrance I chose, Palma, which is a gorgeous combo of orange and sandalwood. It’s noticeable, but not overpowering. Overall, I’m very happy with the perforce of this trio and especially appreciate the scalp balancing results from the shampoo. Gifted by prose.

Complimentary from Prose for my honest review. Honestly I love love love these. You can personalize your scent profile and they personalize the ingredients based on your needs. I got the shampoo and conditioner set as well as a curl cream. Showering can sometimes be a pain because my hair is 30 inches or more long and it tangles soooo easily. Luckily this conditioner was able to keep my ends nice and soft while I washed the scalp twice to get all the oil out. I liked how it smelled and I enjoyed the lather of the shampoo. Once I got out of the shower I used the curl cream on my wavy but heavy hair. So the waves get morning. The defining cream really helped my waves look beautiful and also smelled amazing. Overall these are three really yummy smelling products that did amazing on my wavy tangle prone hair.

i love how personal this felt from taking the test online to getting personalized haircare for your own speacial needs. I’ve loved my products and have noticed a difference in my hair. i’m exciting to continue my hair care journey with prose.

This was gifted by Prose. This is the best thing I’ve ever applied to my hair. I love how custom every product was to me personally. I have a super flaky scalp, and after using the shampoo that was completely gone. The conditioner and leave in conditioner. Made my hair. Feel silky smooth and got rid of so many flyaways and frizz. I usually have to straighten my hair pretty often because of the texture but after I got out of the shower and blow dryed my hair it looked like I had already straightened it. I don’t know how it did it but it looks like I just got my hair done professionally. My husband said this was the softest my hair had ever felt. I agree! I will not only be using this every day, but re-purchasing when I’m out as well. My hair feels so healthy.

My hair has never felt or looked softer!!! I'm so impressed with my Prose experience! The online consultation was thorough, yet quick and easy. This is the first time I've had the opportunity to receive a personalized hair treatment that was customized to the needs of my scalp. After trying the 3 formulas prepared specifically for me, I can see the difference! I love that these products are bottled and prepared fresh per order. My hair is usually very dry, fine and weak, but no longer after using these products! I started my routine with the highly concentrated Pre-Shampoo Mask. This mask feels so rich and creamy! I added to damp hair, mid length to ends for 30 minutes pre shower. The natural ingredients are so nourishing, The mask washed out easily, and I followed with the gentle Shampoo and detangling Conditioner! After rinsing, my hair was incredibly easy to brush through. I can't express how impressed I am with how healthy, soft and clean my hair is! Huge improvement! Also, I love how Prose pays such close attention to details. From being able to choose your own fragrance, to providing all the information you need about your products with an included QR code. I am no stranger to customizable hair care, in fact I absolutely enjoy customizing my hair care to me all my hair care needs! I was gifted three products of my choice complimentary from Prose and I’m officially a fan! 🧴 I have 2c to 3a, dry, highlighted, frizzy, damaged hair with split ends. Currently I am on a curly girl haircare journey, trying to revive my curls after over two decades of flat ironing. Pose was kind enough to gift me three customized haircare products of my choice. I chose shampoo, conditioner and curl cream. I was also able to choose the formula and fragrance. I chose melani as my fragrance, which is the melon family. All three products smell amazing! They are sweet, but not too sweet. I can’t get over how delicious they smell! 🧴 Prose sends an insert with all the ingredients for each of your customized hair care products. I really like that because I can see exactly what is in my haircare! My customized shampoos benefits are clarifying and color extend, the conditioner is anti-brassiness and curl enhancing and the curl cream is touchable waves and weightless definition. 🧴 From using my customized haircare, my hair feels so soft, clean, clarified and toned. My scalp is not itchy, like it typically is this time of year and my curls are starting to look more defined. I am currently waiting on a new blow dryer/diffuser to arrive. I can’t wait to see how my curls are a few months down the road from using my new haircare and curl cream from Prose along with the new diffuser. I have no doubt in my mind that these Prose haircare products are going to really help make a huge difference in my curly girl journey! 🧴

A little bit about my hair: oily scalp, fine hair, mid back length. My custom haircare collection included a scalp mask, shampoo and conditioner. First let’s talk about the scalp mask. It had a liquid texture, charcoal like color and smelled amazing of eucalyptus! I rubbed it onto my scalp and left it on for a few minutes before rinsing. Like with most products with eucalyptus oil in them, it had this invigorating feeling, which I loved! After rinsing the mask, I followed it up with the shampoo. It lathered so well and smelled amazing of jasmine flower. 3 pumps was enough to cover my whole head and leave my hair feeling super clean, yet not dry or brittle like some clarifying shampoos tend to do. This is my first time using a shampoo with CBD in it so I’m excited to see what the benefits will be for my scalp. I was skeptical at first of the conditioner because the texture is lightweight and I usually need thicker textured conditioners to really detangle my knots, but this formula managed to detangle my fine hair and left it feeling soft and manageable. I’m definitely impressed with this whole customized hair care routine! Complimentary from Prose, but my opinion is my own.

This set was gifted to me by Prose in exchange for my honest review and i can not stress enough how good these products are. My hair concerns are dandruff,oily scalp, dry ends, frizzy, hair loss and i have wavy medium hair. I noticed an improvement on my hair the first time i used it where it left my hair feeling smooth and not frizzy at all. I havent seen any difference on reducing dry ends yet but maybe after a few more uses it will be noticable. One other thing i lovee is the scenttt omggg smells like heaven!! If you want to take care of your hair and smell like a goddess you should definetly give Prose a try and you will not be disappointed!! 🩵

I wasn’t even thinking about trying Prose before, even thou I’ve seen on social media. Seemed like a good marketing strategy. But I had a set gifted to me and I’m kinda blown away. It seems to be everything I wish for in my haircare routine. The pre wash treatment is perfect consistency, applies easily and softens and hydrated my hair. Shampoo makes plenty of foam, I love that, but it doesn’t strip my hair or harms my scalp. Also the conditioner is right for my type. It brings the hair back to life right the away, detangles and makes my hair easy to style, it didn’t heavy hair down. Was so very very pleased. My hair feels bouncy, light but healthy, shiny and strong. Totally hooked on this. You gotta give this a try at least once to discover them for yourself!

l am so impressed with Prose! The survey was a bit on the longer side, however it was so worth taking because I loved the customization for my hair and hair type. It made my hair feel and look amazing. It smells great and I would definitely reorder once I finish with these bottles! The personalized bottles are a fun touch as well! Would absolutely recommend. I really enjoy prose! My hair has never been this shiny & easy to brush through. I tried leaving because I don't necessarily enjoy the subscription service I was getting so many bottles and couldn't keep up on using them. So i tried other shampoos really expensive ones too and they all made me miss Prose alot so I came back!! No other shampoo and conditioner has helped my hair like these. I get so many compliments on how shiny my hair is curly or straight!

I was an avid user when they first came out/I was living in the USA. Moved away awhile and now that I’m back in Canada, I decided to reactivate my subscription. They intentionally have the slowest customer service so that if you have an issue they can just use the whole-custom product can’t stop it now excuse. I reached out to someone last month to make sure that my subscription would be spread out enough-she reassured me that it would start next month(now). Well that was a lie. I was just charged for the same thing again-another hair oil 50$, that I did not want on repeat-especially not monthly. Like it’s going to take me 5 months to use one of these bottles. Another shampoo and conditioner-I do shampoo every 3 month’s delivery-so again this is just going to be sitting around unused for awhile. When contacting customer service. They send me a whole paragraph of unrelated information about their company. So now I’m charged 120$ AGAIN-two months in a row. For a bunch of crap I don’t need. I have canceled my subscription and unfortunately in doing so they make it impossible to leave a review unless I order from them again!

I really had super high hopes for this shampoo and conditioner! I tried two different formulas over a 3 month period (one with and one without silicone). Sad to report that this shampoo made me break out in HUGE under the skin pimples (that I have never had in my life) near my jaw/neckline/& hairline. It took me about a month to realize it was the shampoo (quick google search on jawline acne lead me to believe it was the shampoo). I am now 7 days out from using the shampoo and condition from Prose and all of my pimples have gone away. Anyone with acne prone skin stay away.
