Initially, I was skeptical. I've heard so many claims without result-driven results and a ton of money down the drain on products to help with my scalp/hair concerns. After reading others' feedback on Prose, I chose to give it a try. Boy, am I glad I did! The following are my findings for the products that I received once I completed a quiz providing Prose with all the information they need to gather to successfully create the ultimately and uniquely crafted hair products just for you. Prose even takes it an extra step by personalizing the product collection utilizing your name on labels. How cool is that?!!! So I placed my order and the said collection included a scalp mask, shampoo, conditioner, and dietary supplements. When I received my order, I couldn't wait to get inside to unbox the items. The packaging was so pretty which I also like, eco-friendly using sustainability. Check mark right off the bat. Once I unboxed the items, which was so fun, I ran and got into the shower to test out these bad boys. Five minutes later, I found myself speechless, staring at the walls of my shower with my jaw dropped. Why? Because I had just tried Prose Scalp Mask, NEVER, and I mean never, had my scalp felt so invigorated and squeaky clean. It was jaw-dropping results so I proceeded to shampoo, second check mark! The shampoo formulated just for me was luxurious as was the lather. My hair felt like a day spa treatment, only in the luxury of my home, STOKED! The shampoo with a subtle fragrance, as the natural ingredients used to make your shampoo, are the stars of the show. Rinsing didn't leave me with tacky or tangled hair, which is a bonus. I suffer from great hair loss, which I divulged in the quiz, and I had a lot that day, even the hair that I shed felt delicious. I mean come on, I am seeking help to address issues, not a miracle! So I kept moving forward, took the conditioner out, and hesitated for a moment. Why hesitate? I did so because I have baby fine hair meaning MOST conditioners weigh down my hair instead of just conditioning it and making its final look as; glowing, straight, beautiful hair….full and bouncy…hahaha. that would require a hair transplant for me, but I received instead exactly what the product claims I would receive. Which was hair easy to comb through after washing it, easy to style and not weighed down, shiny and bouncy. SCORE! And a small miracle. Left were the dietary supplements. Seeing that I received the package late afternoon, I decided for the next morning with breakfast as my first day to start the supplements designed to target hair/scalp concerns. Which I did. Let me tell you, these have become a staple in my morning intake of vitamins. I firmly believe these little pills extend an amazing support to the external products and their success. The above all occurred three months ago today, and I can't emphasize enough the results I have seen. Seriously. I can't. First signs of positive results occurred during a couple weeks in program consisting of washing hair every three days, using Prose products you don’t need to shower sooner, and taking supplements daily, was I able to see new hair growing in troublesome areas at the crown of my head and less thinning. In fact, I had less cleaning up in the bathroom because the shedding had waned so much. My hair was more glossy, tangle-free, beautiful in sunlight, bouncy and stronger, more and more with every use. SUCCESS! No more shedding, dry, brittle hair, in place was the exact opposite and curiously I was special enough to receive all this without seeing a hairdresser. I was taken to another place when I realized that I had hit gold with these products and the ease of using them in the discretion and comforts of my own home! HUGE! Really big miracle! In short, providing feedback regarding my experience was a no-brainer, I jumped at the chance because I, too, was at the same position as most women seeking a true to claim quality product to use weekly or as desired to answer and address all the needs, issues, and concerns we may be seeking help for. Prose is the place! I praise Prose daily! With that I add #ProsePraise as this is my new mantra. I give Prose 20 out of ten stars because I am so pleased with the absence of residue on my scalp/hair today, less thinning, and new hair found in troublesome areas. I highly recommend the Scalp/Hair Collection, they made me a believer and a huge fan. I'm sorry I rambled, I get very excited when feedback is granted and expected by companies such as Prose, I was dying to share my results. Best of luck to you, out there….. Gifted by Prose. I really like this customized skin care from Prose. After a quick survey and customizing a couple of options I received my customized Cleanser, Serum, and Moisturizer. I love that the bottles/jars are clearly labeled with the key ingredients and what it is supposed to do. The products are easy to use and comfortable on the skin. I haven’t used it long enough to see any real results but in the beginning of new skincare routines my main concerns are irritation or breakouts. These products have not caused either which means I can continue to use them and hopefully see some results. Overall, I love the concept and look forward to seeing results.

I received the Custom Skincare Routine complimentary from Prose for my honest review and opinion…I absolutely love the process of determining the best custom products for my skin…I also love the sustainability and reusable features of the packaging…the cleaner work so good…my skin is left fresh and clean and the scent it so light…the serum is also nicely yet lightly scented…and I am so happy with the firming anti aging benefits…the moisturizer is possibly my favorite…it has a beautiful consistency that absorbs nicely…and leaves my skin so soft and hydrated…and it also has a fantastic light scent…

Nothing compares to customizing your own skincare routine. I received these products complimentary from Prose and I loved everything about the Prose experience from the customization process to the end results. My favorite piece in the skincare set is the serum, usually I have to layer serums to target different skincare needs, but with this, everything is in one bottle and that is a huge time saver. All of the products feel great on, the face wash is non drying and the cream absorbs quickly (I layer a bit extra at night for extra hydration). Everything works great with my sensitive. It’s important to mention that the shelf life of the products is 3 months, because they are made to order and fresh, definitely don’t want to use spoiled skincare so make sure you start using everything right away to get the maximum efficacy of the products. Also, I really like that I can get them unscented, I can still smell a bit of scent from the natural ingredients and that is fine with me. Also, the line looks so clean and the bottles are a pretty shade of darkened glass (I assume to protect the integrity of the ingredients from light), and it looks very pretty on top of my bathroom sink.

I was hesitant to use Prose at first because of the cost. For the holidays they had a sale and I was fed up with my dull hanging hair! My hair is now silky smooth, healthy and has kept its color. I love the quiz and knowing my product is specific for my hair. Since using prose, I get more and more compliments on my hair and it’s easier to style! I’ve had such an easier time keeping my beach waves looking fresh and full. #ProsePraise

Complimentary from Prose. This was my first experience getting a personalized skincare set and i am happy to share that i really liked it. The questionnaire is easy to fill and at the end you get to see the results and product detai;s of what will be sent to you. You even get to see the ingredients that will be used in each product which is fantastic. I also had a choice to make my products fragranced or non-fragranced which i loved. The cleanser is nice and did not strip my skin, it did have a subtle scent which i wasn’t a fan of but i assume that is from the ingredients and since i went with non-fragranced products, there wasn’t anything else to mask the scent. The serum is nice and goes on smoothly without leaving any sticky feeling. The moisturizer is my favorite. It is very lightweight but seems to hydrate my skin really well. I have used it for a handful of days but the trio seems to work really well for me. I am excited to see results with long term use.

This Prose custom cleanser is amazing! First, I must say I love the packaging; it comes with the lid, pump, and dropper, making it perfect for on-the-go travel. It's very gentle and tailored to my skin type. The milky, creamy texture cleanses my skin without stripping moisture or causing any irritation. It soothes any redness, leaving my skin feeling soothed and hydrated. The Prose custom serum is also very milky, and it absorbs very quickly and easily. I'm impressed with the texture because it's milky and creamy but very gentle on my skin. It allows my skin to absorb and nourish without making it dry or irritating, as there is no fragrance in this formula. I'm definitely impressed with the quality! The moisturizer has the same texture as my other products: creamy and milky. It's very lightweight and doesn't make my skin feel heavy or greasy. It absorbs very quickly, leaving my skin glowing and hydrated. It also calms any redness and irritation, which is great. I love this because it locks in moisture and makes my skin look radiant after application. I love all the products and I'm happy with my customized skincare regimen because it's perfect for my daily routine.

I love my Prose skincare bundle so much! It took me only about 5 minutes to fill out their survey and receive the results with suggested products. I’m personally very happy with all three items. The cleanser is very gentle yet effective. The serum is super lightweight and the moisturizer is just a perfect one for my oily skin. I’m sold! I am blown away by my customized skincare line!!! My targeted areas of concern were dryness, fine lines, and redness. The products claimed that they would boost my glow and even out my complexion, and I can confidently say that they delivered. Especially my cleanser- I feel so soft and glow-boosted right after a face wash! I love the in depth options of even being able to choose non-scented products. Amazing!! Gifted by Prose. I like the process of getting the customized routine. Took little to no time and asked pretty important questions. The cleanser cleaned my face well without stripping, the serum absorbed super nicely into my skin( it legit felt made for my skin), the moisturizer I liked, but didn’t love. It smelled slightly like spf and felt a little greasy. Was hydrating though! I like that you can opt for no added fragrance. The bottles are minimalist and can be repurposed. I have enjoyed my routine so far! I prefer using the moisturizer in the day over night though!

I have tried quite a few customized skincare routines, and I have to admit: this actually feels the most “customized” so far. In an attempt to explain, it feels that most systems start with base formulas and alter the ingredients to suit your personal needs. For example, if you have dry skin, a brand might add more humectants - into their gel cleanser (the most common category of cleanser, as it can work for a range of skin types, but is probably most ideal for normal skin). In contrast (and keeping with the category of cleanser), Prose’s system gave me a CREAM cleanser. Yes!! This is 100% my favorite type of cleanser for my dry skin. My skin thrives without foaming as I need to treat it as gently as possible. I was so pleasantly surprised to receive my best fit of this category. My serum and moisturizer also suited my needs to a T. I chose fragrance-free formulations and both are deeply nourishing and instantly relieve my dryness. My skin has responded SO well to this system, and furthermore, I am beyond thrilled with the packaging. Prose really thought of the environment with their products, which is a relief for me. I can’t resist my skincare enthusiast ways, but I would like to minimize my impact. The glass packaging is FULLY recyclable, and the pump and dropper were provided in the box. Overall, this has been a wonderful experience. I am grateful I was offered the opportunity to test these complimentary from Prose, and certainly would recommend the system!

I have to say Prose has me as a customer for life! The shampoo and conditioner are amazing. It does not weigh down my curls and leaves my hair soft. I love the hair mask and the vitamins. I don't have color treated hair but the products are bring back hairs color it does not look dull any more! Photos 1st one is before prose 2nd one is after using prose for a month!

I was really impressed with how easy it was to create my personalized skincare formula. The quiz helped create a custom trio of products that really has been working well for my skin. This skincare trio leaves my skin looking visibly more radiant and nourished. I have a custom serum that contains hyaluronic acid and red fungi to help smooth my skin and add glow. I also received a custom moisturizer with red fungi and red algae to help nourish and unify my skin as well as a custom cleanser with amino acid and niacinamide to cleanse and soothe my skin morning and night.

Super gentle. - Serum is really nice and light texture. Only a few drops could cover my whole face. It’s absorb quick but may feel a little sticky for about 10 second then it all absorb. Smell really mild. Keep my skin hydrated and soft. I love it! 💕 - Moisturizer is awesome with really light texture and mild scent. Keep my face hydrated. Since my skin is combination type so this moisturizer helping me with oil control and shine. It’s absorb fast and work perfectly under makeup routine.
