I was one of the guys who ended up growing my hair out during covid. My gf ended up gifting me a set of shampoo and conditioner from Prose since she saw I needed to up my product game. The packaging is really nice - and apparently the formula is supposed to be personalized. But having short hair my whole life, I honestly don't really know if this stuff is any better than the other, standard, generic shampoo and conditioner sets. I do really like the leave in conditioner, as my hair can get kinda dry, and it seems to hold in moisture a bit better. I just wish I knew if it was actually doing anything 🤷‍♂️

I've been using this personalized skincare routine from Prose and I’m genuinely impressed. What I love the most is that each product, from the cleanser, to the serum, to the moisturizer, is custom-made just for me. You can even see my name on every bottle, which makes the whole experience feel extra special. Since starting this routine, my skin feels more balanced, smooth, and radiant. The formulas are fresh (they even include the bottling date), clean, and thoughtfully made. And the minimalist packaging? A total vibe. My mom had the face wash, shampoo and conditioner in her shower when I went to visit her so I tried them and I LOVE the smell of them, love that they're in glass pump bottles and she said they've been working well.

This brand is so wonderful. The package I received made me feel so special. Seeing the 3 products packaging, which looked so chic made my day. I love that they put your name on the products since they were made especially for you! It was so nice being able to answer questions and then having them select custom products for your specific needs. I loved all of my products. The cleanser was very gentle and left my skin feeling clean yet hydrated. The serum was silky smooth and felt great on my skin. The moisturizer was very rich and my skin loved it. My selection had a light scent and smelled lovely. I would totally recommend this brand. These products were gifted by Prose and I’m so happy to have found them. Wow I am blown away with these fabulous products. I took a quiz online and then a custom hair routine was sent to me. When I opened my box it had my name printed on the products. I have never seen a presentation like this. The first time using the products my hair felt super soft and fluffy. The shampoo and conditioner were perfect for my hair and my hair texture. The hair oil felt great and quenched my dry hair. All of the products smell clean and fresh. I love using them and I love this beautiful brand. I was gifted by Prose and I am so happy to have found this brand!

Gifted by Prose. This is such a cool hair care concept. We all have different needs and our hair does too - I totally adore that Prose lets you completely personalize what’s in your hair care. I am absolutely in love with the scent - it’s super fresh, fruity and somehow earthy at the same time. The set consists of pre-wash mask, shampoo and conditioner. It’s a bit pricey in my opinion but totally worth it.

I love this brand! I was having issues with my hair (dandruff, hair loss), and no shampoo seemed to work, so I ordered this customized shampoo, and it was amazing from the first use. I could feel the difference immediately. I am on my third reorder right now. I love it! Also with every order, they have sent me a gift, like a hair band, comb...it's a nice little surprise every time I get my order.

I used this for about six months, I wasn’t much better than regular shampoo and conditioner. I think that the quiz you have to take to get your “personal haircare” is mostly for show. Not worth how expensive it is.

My scalp was wrecked; tons of flakes, build up, itching, redness. My friend had said good things about Prose in the past, so I gave it a try. Was nice to take a comprehensive quiz and get personalized ingredients tailored for my issues. I think after about 2 weeks of using the shampoo, my scalp was healthy again. I’ve been ordering it ever since. I also really like the Paradiso scent; musky floral.

I have been chemically treating my hair for a little over 2 years now and I noticed a ton of thinning and I was loosing volume fast. Supplements and those red light devices are super expensive so I started looking for alternatives and found Prose! I was definitely skeptical at first (since we both know it's not exactly inexpensive) but the pre-shampoo mask+ shampoo combo gives an incredible lather!! It also doesn't feel like it's striping my hair barren of any important moisture. After using the conditioner I noticed a huge difference in my curls (the bleach affected my curl pattern and I'm starting to see ringlets again!!) And since my hair isn't past shoulder length I use less product and it lasts much longer. (I've attached pictures of my hair currently after using prose for more than 3-4 months including the growth I've seen on my hair line that previously was much thinner) Let's not forget to mention the customer service is absolutely amazing, ⭐Claire⭐ from the Prose Pros Team was incredibly helpful and understanding of my situation and I got a reply back within a day which was awesome, I can't thank her enough for all the help! Highly recommend this brand, and if you're curious about the skin care I'd also give it a go, I use my custom serum in the day before moisturizer and at night before my retinol 🩷 #ProsePraise

I have had the BEST experience with Prose. I have 2A-2B low density hair. I got the shampoo, conditioner, curl cream and gel. I absolutely love all products except the gel. I emailed prose and let them know that the gel was not working for me and they immediately refunded me which means the customer service is amazing. Shampoo: leaves my hair perfectly clean without being too stripped. I use one and a half pumps on my first wash and then one on my second wash. I have always double cleansed because that’s what I learned in hair school. Honestly with this product I don’t even feel like I need to double cleanse because I feel nice and clean the first wash. Conditioner: OMGGG I’m obsessed with this conditioner. It gives me great slip without weighing me down. This is the first conditioner I have EVER used that literally gives me curls while sitting in. My hair sucks it up and springs right up. I use about 3 pumps and my hair is to my bra strap. I put the conditioner in my hair and then run some water on it. I have a tangle teezer brush in my shower that I use to distribute the conditioner and I let it sit while I do everything else in the shower about 3-5 minutes. Curl cream: this is 100% the star of the show. I use one pump in the shower on soaking wet hair and scrunch it up. My hair has NO frizz at all I have never had a product that leaves me completely frizz free and defined. I come out of the shower and micro plop my hair and let it air dry. My hair is defined and beautiful every single time it hasn’t failed me yet. I also added one pump to my spray bottle and refresh it with just that and it becomes more voluminous as the days go on. My second day hair is my absolute favorite. Also the smell I got was amazing sometimes I literally just put a tiny bit of the cream on my hair just to smell it again. That’s another thing I love about this product you can apply it to dry hair. I have never had a cream that doesn’t weigh me down when I apply it to dry hair. It just smoothes any flyaways and leaves me smelling amazing. Gel: this is the product I had such a hard time with. I tried it on soaking wet hair, damp and diluted it and applied on dry hair. It dried me out so much and left me extremely frizzy. I’m glad I tried the cream without the gel because if not I would’ve thought the products didn’t work for me. I’m not sure why my hair hated this product so much but prose made it right by refunding me on it. I will continue to order prose as long as my hair looks this good!!

I love how the quiz customizes what my skin actually needs. When I received the cleanser serum and moisturizer it was packaged so cutely. Mine smells like lavender and is relaxing especially at night before bed. I woke up glowing. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and notice the texture getting better

I am over the moon with the products I ordered with Prose. After taking the test to learn what hair care treatment was best for my hair, my results recommended their Pre-Shampoo Scalp Mask, the Color Extend Shampoo, and the Curl Define Conditioner. To give a little background on my hair, I had just bleached my entire hair and colored it a bold blue color. I've had my hair color treated/bleached for almost a year now, yearning for my natural waves to come back and for the texture of my hair to go back to normal. Once I used the mask, I rinsed it out, shampooed and conditioned my hair. Once it was air-dried, my hair was renewed! My hair is back baby!!!, even after all I put it through. I would 100% recommend these products to anyone! I got exactly what I needed and my expectations were met and exceeded! My hair was so dry, brittle, flat, lifeless. Now it is healthy, shiny, moisturized, and with so much volume. Wish I had tried this sooner <3 #ProsePraise

I started using the Prose formula about two months ago. It was the start of spring, when the frizz of my hair usually begins. At first, I saw that my hair was poofy but soft, with still being brittle at the ends. I contacted the prose team and reported my results. The next shipment I received was designed for me, with changes made for what I reported. I use the hair mask with every wash, as I find that my hair needs the added moisture. I only wash my hair once or twice a week now because in between washes, my hair stays silky and smooth, without being greasy or oily. The shampoo lightly lathers and the conditioner offers just the right amount of softness. My hair is overall better and way less frizzy now. I recently went to visit Joshua Tree and took my products with me. My hair stayed beautiful, even in the dry and dusty desert heat. And, the smell of the products is divine. I love the subtle and calming lavender scent that is imbibed when using the products. I would recommend Prose to anyone that wants silky and luxurious locks of hair. Absolutely in love with Prose. I’m so happy with my first custom hair care order. I have not been this in love with my natural hair in a long time. Prose created a custom hair care routine for me, and gave me great discounts for my first order. I have been using them for a few weeks now and can confidently say they work for me. I struggle with loving my natural hair and with dealing with it. After taking Prose’s quiz, they were able to pinpoint what my target areas regarding my hair were, and were able to create products according to my hair needs. I love how lightweight and natural the products feel. I love the smell of the products. I love how environmentally friendly the packaging and ordering is. I have struggled with finding the perfect hair products for years. I have thick-stranded yet thin coverage curly hair. My hair was different before children (always healthy and full). My scalp tends to be on the oily side. I've tried dozens upon dozens of hair products created for curly hair and was always disappointed by week two. The effects at first would be great, but then falter after multiple uses. I often had three to four different brands of hair products in my shower to keep my hair from getting used to them. Not anymore! I've used Prose exclusively since January 2024. It never fails me! I even reduced the number of wash days by following the instructions in the offered videos. I only wash a max of three times a week now when, previously, I washed nearly every day because my hair was so oily. I have co-workers that have asked me about my hair because they either have the same kind of curls or have children with curly hair. I recommend Prose every time! For once, a FB ad did right by me! ☺️ Please note, shipping does take a while so keep that in mind if you set up subscribe and save. I am still using the same package I originally ordered back in January (I did receive my subscribe and save order already though so I won't be out suddenly)! When you don't have to wash your hair everyday, you use MUCH LESS product. First of all Great products, packaging, smell, even the labels are so cute! So I recently won some prose products on a giveaway via @WhatLolaLikes. I received a custom shampoo and conditioner for my color treated hair. Ive noticed my hair is stronger, soft and luscious. I waited at least a month to write a review so I can actually see the difference and yes it is so worth it!

Really incredible! I loved the in depth quiz that really took into account stress levels, health issues like thyroid and postpartum, and really narrows down environmental factors based on where I live. It recommends five washes to start seeing results but I started seeing results after just the first use of the shampoo, conditioner, and leave in conditioner made especially for me based on my quiz results!!! I’m really pleased so far!

Initially, I was skeptical. I've heard so many claims without result-driven results and a ton of money down the drain on products to help with my scalp/hair concerns. After reading others' feedback on Prose, I chose to give it a try. Boy, am I glad I did! The following are my findings for the products that I received once I completed a quiz providing Prose with all the information they need to gather to successfully create the ultimately and uniquely crafted hair products just for you. Prose even takes it an extra step by personalizing the product collection utilizing your name on labels. How cool is that?!!! So I placed my order and the said collection included a scalp mask, shampoo, conditioner, and dietary supplements. When I received my order, I couldn't wait to get inside to unbox the items. The packaging was so pretty which I also like, eco-friendly using sustainability. Check mark right off the bat. Once I unboxed the items, which was so fun, I ran and got into the shower to test out these bad boys. Five minutes later, I found myself speechless, staring at the walls of my shower with my jaw dropped. Why? Because I had just tried Prose Scalp Mask, NEVER, and I mean never, had my scalp felt so invigorated and squeaky clean. It was jaw-dropping results so I proceeded to shampoo, second check mark! The shampoo formulated just for me was luxurious as was the lather. My hair felt like a day spa treatment, only in the luxury of my home, STOKED! The shampoo with a subtle fragrance, as the natural ingredients used to make your shampoo, are the stars of the show. Rinsing didn't leave me with tacky or tangled hair, which is a bonus. I suffer from great hair loss, which I divulged in the quiz, and I had a lot that day, even the hair that I shed felt delicious. I mean come on, I am seeking help to address issues, not a miracle! So I kept moving forward, took the conditioner out, and hesitated for a moment. Why hesitate? I did so because I have baby fine hair meaning MOST conditioners weigh down my hair instead of just conditioning it and making its final look as; glowing, straight, beautiful hair….full and bouncy…hahaha. that would require a hair transplant for me, but I received instead exactly what the product claims I would receive. Seeing that I received the package late afternoon, I decided for the next morning with breakfast as my first day to start the supplements designed to target hair/scalp concerns. Which I did. Let me tell you, these have become a staple in my morning intake of vitamins. I firmly believe these little pills extend an amazing support to the external products and their success. The above all occurred three months ago today, and I can't emphasize enough the results I have seen. Seriously. I can't. First signs of positive results occurred during a couple weeks in program consisting of washing hair every three days, using Prose products you don’t need to shower sooner, and taking supplements daily, was I able to see new hair growing in troublesome areas at the crown of my head and less thinning. In fact, I had less cleaning up in the bathroom because the shedding had waned so much. My hair was more glossy, tangle-free, beautiful in sunlight, bouncy and stronger, more and more with every use. SUCCESS! No more shedding, dry, brittle hair, in place was the exact opposite and curiously I was special enough to receive all this without seeing a hairdresser. I was taken to another place when I realized that I had hit gold with these products and the ease of using them in the discretion and comforts of my own home! HUGE! Really big miracle! In short, providing feedback regarding my experience was a no-brainer, I jumped at the chance because I, too, was at the same position as most women seeking a true to claim quality product to use weekly or as desired to answer and address all the needs, issues, and concerns we may be seeking help for. Prose is the place! I praise Prose daily! With that I add #ProsePraise as this is my new mantra. I give Prose 20 out of ten stars because I am so pleased with the absence of residue on my scalp/hair today, less thinning, and new hair found in troublesome areas. I highly recommend the Scalp/Hair Collection, they made me a believer and a huge fan. I'm sorry I rambled, I get very excited when feedback is granted and expected by companies such as Prose, I was dying to share my results. Best of luck to you, out there….. I was you three months ago!
