I was gifted by Prose a complimentary 3-piece hair care set. For less than 5 minutes, Prose's questionnaire about my hair care really improved my routine. Even before I got the box, I knew the set that they curated for me is going to be good. I got my box this week and it was more than what I expected. Packaging was top and quality was impressive. My hair felt so well treated.

I used Prose’s custom shampoo and conditioner for a few months and liked it but didn’t notice anything transformational. I wish they were more clear about how my personal details translated into my custom formulation, and I wish I could repurchase on my own cadence instead of their suggested cadence. I do like that they use clean nontoxic ingredients. And their dry shampoo is one of the best powder options I’ve found.

I like the packaging of the dry shampoo because it's not an aerosol can, but still has the puff dispensing. I like the dry shampoo, but it's still not my ultimate fav dry shampoo. That being said, for the Black Friday deal I got it on and the large amount in each bottle, it feels like a very good deal for the amount you get! Like the other products, it's supposed to be customized for me which I do feel like it doesn't leave as icky of a feeling like some other dry powder shampoos.

This shampoo is honestly amazing. It actually makes my hair feel clean without stripping it. My scalp feels refreshed and flake-free, and my roots don’t get greasy right away like they used to. I’m on day 4 after washing and my hair still looks fresh, which never happens.

When I saw my name, it was so exciting. This makes this product valuable and special. I really like the smell and the quality of my hair after the treatment. My hair looks alive and shiny. And once again, the smell is simply amazing. It's worth the money. I highly recommend it. Complimentary from Prose.

I liked the quality of the product and the trial pricing, but they don’t notify you before charging you full-price for the next shipment! I just got a notification from my credit card that I’d been charged and no cancellation due to the product being personalized. Luckily I got ahold of someone in customer support and they refunded me eventually, they were kind.

I really enjoyed their dry shampoo. It was customized with my name on it, with sustainable packaging. Dry Shampoo did not leave my hair oily or clumped up, which is a plus for an oily person like myself.

Beyond customization, I love that Prose uses sustainable and clean ingredients. Knowing that the products are free from harmful chemicals and packaged with the environment in mind makes me feel good about what I’m putting on my body.

Love everything about this brand and it’s sustainability efforts in clean ingredients making the usual every day products with harmful chemicals obsolete! Giving consumers an affordable way to help our environment!
