Peloton wins praise in reviews for motivating, studio-caliber classes, engaging instructors (Cody Rigsby, Alex Toussaint, Robin Arzón), seamless app breadth, and sturdy, smooth hardware that makes at‑home workouts convenient and habit‑forming; however, recurring membership costs are widely criticized, the bike seat comfort and occasional hardware maintenance issues recur, and some find the experience overrated or less effective than live classes. Overall, Peloton is good if you’ll use it consistently and value variety and community, but buyers should weigh subscription demands and ergonomics.

I’m way impressed with the diverse classes they have. Content is always fresh, instructors are motivating, and I love how bite sized some classes are that motivate me to try another after it. The community is also great and the way it’s gamified with streaks and badges help encourage me to continue.
I used Peloton for a while, and it seemed like a really great service for those who like biking. I'm not much of a biker, so I didn't use it long but I do recommend it to those who enjoy biking!

Really love everything about the peloton. It has classes that range from long to short and from pilates to cycling. My options are endless and I never find myself bored. It makes exercise not predictable and keeps me coming back for more.
I have had the Peloton app since Jan 2020 with a Sunny bike and cadence monitor. I'm not overly competitive so I could not justify the Peloton bike w/ the higher monthly membership. I love the flexibility of the workouts. I can decide what to do based on my mood, a music vibe or specific area of the body. There are also loads of groups online to provide support, workout calendars are more. Overall, for the monthly app price, you can't beat the quantity and quality of workouts. I also love the meditations!
I'm a Peloton app subscriber and I use it with my own home exercise bike. The instructors are really incredible. I love that the app allows instructors to use good playlists and push the envelope with class content.
Feedback
The Peloton app is more expensive if you own the actual Peloton brand bike, which pushed me to get a different, less expensive version of the bike.
I've used the bike a couple of times and I love it. It gives a great workout and the bike feels like you are in a real spin class. It makes you sweat. I used the app and loved how there were so many varieties in the classes that can be taken.
Feedback
If you are not fully equipped to know how to do each workout movement, you might injure yourself. Also, the specialty shoes for the Peleton bike are annoying. It is supposed to be like a real bike but if you don't know how to put it on it can be frusterating.
Love the interactivity and motivation I get from doing Peloton classes! The variety is amazing and the instructors are all super upbeat!
I have the peloton app on my phone and I really like it! I still have access to all the workouts and I even do the biking and treadmill on my own machines. I like that the phone app is fairly reasonably priced ($12.99/month). I think they get high-quality and engaging instructors. Also, there are so many instructors if you do not like the way one teaches you can try another!

Amazing. I love how sleek it is and the price tag motivates me to actually use it. lol
I don’t know what it is about the combination of the bike + app + the community they’ve created around it - it’s the only workout I’ve been able to stick with consistently and genuinely look forward to. And I say this as someone who was very resistant and highly skeptical to the whole thing.
Love peloton. The convenience is unmatched. The instructors are versatile, encouraging and enjoyable. Love the variety of class types too, other than just cycling.
after a illness I needed to gain moveability and strength, I received this bike and used it for a few months every day, it was comfortable and easy to adjust the seat and tension, very comfortable, I would like to say the price is a little bit more than I would pay normally although I feel it is a better option.
Best investment I made. There are so many options and teachers, its hard to get tired of it.
I have the bike and app subscription, there’ve added so many more options for rides and workouts over the last few years. So worth it

We had it for a few months. It is great, gives you different options of workout. With a group or individual. It is a bit price but if you’re into workout and has discipline to make it work is worth the price.
I love my Peloton. being able to get a quick workout in while my newborn is sleeping and taking a nap without leaving the house.
The peloton is a great bike for working out on and I do like the variety of programs, challenges, and badges. My biggest frustration is how expensive the subscription is when the bike is already so expensive
I’ve been using Peloton for almost 3 years & still love it. I have the Bike+ and am constantly recommending it to people. Great class variety & instructors!
I did not think that it was possible to enjoy working out at home so much! After years of needing to go to the gym for equipment, structure, accountability I now have that in the comfort of my home! The bike is top quality, sturdy, durable and easy to use. Love the app, easy to use and I really enjoy the different instructors videos they really make working out fun and something you WANT to do.

I use my parent's Peleton and I think it is a great product. I love it when I am traveling and find that the hotel gym has a Peleton. Personally, I prefer the in-person class setting of a workout class so I'm not sure if I would buy one myself. The instructors are extremely talented; however, I still have yet to find an instructor that I like their music taste. I really like the at-home workouts offered on the app for when I am traveling or do not have access to my gym.
