Bought a case. Within a month it had cracked and broken around the thin areas of the case (charger port, bottom left and right corners). And the paint coating came off. I left customer service know and they gave me a coupon code for a free case (I had to pay shipping). Within weeks of using the knew case, the paint cracked, the case once again broke (this time by the power button). Oh and I haven’t dropped the phone a single time while using either case. I talked to customer service again and they said they don’t do refunds or replacements after the first faulty phone case. Terrible company and terrible product. Best to avoid.
