  • Waistband creasing after washes
  • Fragile, fraying mesh materials

Parade earns mixed reviews: the brand delights with very soft, colorful, size-inclusive underwear and notably comfortable bralettes and loungewear that often become daily go-tos, but durability and sizing inconsistency undercut the experience. Reviewers praise fabrics like Seamless Universal and New:Cotton, flattering high-waist silhouettes, and fun drops, while reporting waistband creasing after washes, mesh fraying, bralette fit issues for larger busts, and questions around sustainability claims.

  • Not well made! Honestly, I bought tons of product because the prices were so good, but I’m not a fan of quality.

  • I’ve tried many different products from Parade, and while I completely love the cotton underwear, I’m mixed on some of the others. I loved the bralettes at first but found that they’re coming apart after a few short months. The seams are glued, not stitched, so the glue is wearing out and unrolling the seams. They’re still wearable, just not as durable as I would have wanted. I also wasn’t a huge fan of their bodysuits, which didn’t have enough thickness or padding to wear alone, so you’ll get lines underneath from the bra you wear with it. I’ve also gotten a tank that was semi-transparent which also makes styling it tricky. Their colors and cuts are cute and I’m happy overall with my purchases that were cotton or another natural fiber. I’ll add that their customer service is wonderful! I plan to keep buying from Parade but will probably avoid items that aren’t made with cotton.

  • I bought Parade on a whim because I have a habit of impulse-buying cute undergarments. The quality is amazing and I love the cool patterns that they are always releasing. they are a bit pricey, but nothing more expensive than what you would pay at victorias secret or Pink. I don't buy them often, but definitely when I want to splurge on something cute.

  • I bought 10 items from here and love all 10 - already building my next cart. Each item feels really high quality. I love the colors & designs they come in too. It’s hard for me to find comfortable bralettes but I loved all the ones I purchased.

  • Something that makes me really uncomfortable about Parade is that they claim to stand for sustainability yet they are constantly pushing sales and limited edition runs of product. This dissonance makes me uncomfortable. I don't think I will buy their stuff going forward due to the sheer volume of ads and sales, BUT I've found a few good things over the years. Most of their stuff is pretty cheaply made and poor quality but generally comfortable. I've made a few orders from Parade and tried several different types of products. My reviews are below. Underwear: I threw away all my Parade underwear, except for a soft lace pair. I found the quality to be poor and the cuts were a bit too cheeky for my taste (or cut into my stomach). Bras: I have several bralettes and they are very comfy, especially for people like me with smaller, wider set breasts. The quality is alright but the elastic is showing signs of wear after going through several delicates cycles in the washing machine. Satin PJs: I got these in the strawberry picnic print and they are adorable, comfy, and easy to wash. The fabric is very cooling. Rib knit shirts: I want them to bring this long sleeve shirt back! It's the softest thing I've ever touched and I wish I had purchased more when they had my size in stock.

  • Really unimpressed with the quality of parade products. I washed a pair of underwear once, it deteriorated in the drier and i reach out to CX. They offered no solution - no replacement or refund. It’s a cheap product that’s poorly made with all money being spent on marketing.

  • Parade has sooo many options and such great sales. And I absolutely love how inclusive they are! Looking through the photos on their website is very heartening. There’s so much diversity which is so important to see after all of the fatphobic conditioning the fashion industry has put us through.

  • Cute cuts and drops, good value for money. I like the inclusive body representation I see on their site. A few of the bands on my underwear were affected by my washer/dryer and came out misshapen but I am still able to wear them so not a dealbreaker, just an aesthetic thing.

  • soft, sustainable fabrics. clothing is sensory-friendly for those who struggle with tactile hypersensitivity. shipping is occasionally slow, but I understand the website receives a high level of traffic. I went to the SoHo pop-up store last May, and it was absolutely adorable. The brand is very kind to its consumers, and they throw in many freebies. A great alternative to bigger chains.

  • I got 2 cotton bralettes from them plus a few underwears. I really like the underwear, I just wish they had more cotton options. They have so many cute designs, but I prefer to wear cotton. I really like the feel & look of the bralettes that I have, but I wear them multiple days a week and I'm already starting to see some wear in them (I've had them for about 9 months and I rotate between the two). But overall I like this brand and I appreciate that they're working towards sustainability.

  • These are super comfy and cute! Lots of color variety and always coming up with new stuff. My only complaint is that the waist band creases after several washes and you can see it through many articles of clothing

  • i really like parade! they’ve fully converted me to bralettes and their underwear is very soft and comfortable. their sleep sets are also so good! lightweight and breathable :)

the only reason it’s not a 5/5 is because i struggle a bit with the bra sizing, in some styles im an XL, in others im a 2XL, and it’s just a little confusing lol

  • I like parades mission but I will say the quality of their garments (tank tops, body suits) isn’t great and the ones that I have tried where see through.

Received a free product from Parade
  • Parade is such a fun, good-quality brand!

Comfortable, colorful, and very size-inclusive. Similar to Knickey in their mission, sustainability, and comfort (though I personally think Knickey is better), this is a very positive brand to buy from.

  • Parade's underwear is super comfy and great for everyday wear. I love their bralettes as well-- definitely will keep coming back for more! Great customer service and brand mission too :)

The high-waisted options are a bit TOO high-waisted in my opinion...

  • I’ve been wearing parade for years now and I refuse to wear another underwear brand. They are ridiculously comfortable and I love that they make high waisted styles- I feel so much more confident and comfortable in them! The fact that the brand is sustainable and size inclusive only makes them better.

  • I recently tried Parade's bras, panties, and some waffle loungewear, and found the fabrics to be wonderful. They are soft and comfortable to wear. However, I did have some fit issues, particularly with the pants and the bra I tried. As a petite person (5'2), the fit wasn't the best for me, the pants were way too long and dragging and with the bra, my breasts kept popping out, the fit of the triangular patch of fabric just wasn't substantial enough to contain my 34B breasts. Despite this, I have to commend Parade for their excellent customer service. They refunded me for the items that didn't fit well and I was able to keep them. Overall, I would still recommend Parade for their soft and comfortable fabrics, but just be aware that the fit may not be ideal for some people so something to keep in mind if you are shopping a final sale without returns or exchanges.

  • Tried this underwear once, super soft and great quality! I would say there are probably others out there that get you a similar product, considering these arent cheep. But the brand's mission is great, and I love the size inclusivity!

  • I bought into Parade in 2020, and kept trying new colors/styles since its so affordable. While they get stars for pricing, sustainability, and cute colors/styles, some of the sizing/quality didn't work for me. I'm a medium pretty much across the board, but in their seamless style i found the gusset to be too small and not provide great coverage. The hi-rise seamless thong especially was....tiny.... The elastic band on the re:play briefs and thongs rolls down and stays that way after a wash or two. After only a few months the mesh on the re:play started to get holes and degrade, too.

    inconsistent sizing, not great quality

  • Cute undies that are comfy, I wish they had more breatheable cotton undies. The seamless are really nice.
