    The paper is a little thin - it doesn't bleed but you can see the ink through.

  • These notebooks feel so high end and luxurious! I also love the different oltions for different types of journaling. The prints are by far my favorite part though. I spent 20 minutes just picking a cover!

  • Beautiful notebooks and stationary that I was able to customize! They did reach out and asked if I wanted product, but that said, the whole process was seamless. Amazing quality of the notebooks and the stationary is on great cardstock.

    The only customise options are really colours/cover. So you can't edit page layouts which can be a bit frustrating.

  • I am beyond disappointed with this company and their complete lack of customer service. I placed an order which was initially lost and then arrived faulty. It was for a 21st birthday which obviously it wasn’t here for. At the time of writing this I still have NOT received a replacement and it’s been over 3 weeks since the initial order. They ordered me replacement item over two weeks ago, with a delivery date promised for the 8th of October. It’s now far beyond that, and the only update I have received is that saying it will be delayed. Since this, I have received no update whatsoever regarding my order status. Every attempt to contact the company has been met with poor excuses and no real action. I have been fobbed off at every opportunity, and they have failed to provide any helpful information or even a simple process for making a formal complaint. 10% refund or 20% refund is really nothing when all you really want is the product you paid for. The fact that I am still waiting on this replacement is unacceptable. I have now lost complete trust in this brand and will never use them again. I intend to share my experience widely to ensure other potential customers are aware of what happens when you order with them.

  • I love the academic planner! I have struggled with planners for a long time because I have ADHD and most planners are not set up in a way that keeps me using it, but this planner has helped me to keep on top of all of my work(which is a lot because I was a junior in college when I got my first planner and I plan to buy one again soon for my senior year). My planner arrived on time and in perfect condition, I loved the pattern and that they’re customizable!

  • I bought graduation announcements from Papier on May 3rd which was a good two-three weeks before my graduation. I planned to send them out a week after my graduation ceremony but they never arrived. I wasn't able to track my first two packages (I reached out to them and they just resent another package). By the third attempt I was getting really frustrated because I spent around $120 on like 55-75 cards. I asked for a refund and they dodged the question by just sending out another package. To my knowledge, hey didn't trouble shoot the problem or try to figure out why after 45 days I had still not received any of the packages. It is now June 15th and I still haven't gotten what I ordered. I don't have the budget to spend another $120+ on more cards even from a different place. I don't know if I will even get a refund even though I literally never got any of the packages they sent. Currently, my third package has been sitting in customs for weeks when all of my other international packages were ordered and delivered in the meantime. I wouldn't use this website for cards. Don't spend more than $50 in case you don't get what you ordered.

  • The quality of papier is really good however the products are overly expensive and I was disappointed to find that my daily planner was only 16 weeks. I’m nearly at April now and running out of room, I thought there would be enough space for the whole year. I won’t be spending the money again to get another one.

  • I like so much about the papier diaries that I have recently bought my third! I genuinely use it every day and it’s helped me stay more organised and less anxious.

    I would say the placements and organisation of the pages make some sections unusable as you need to flick back and forth a lot. I also glue in my own ribbon separators to make navigating the diary easier. I’d really like a pocket added to one of the inside covers as I put notes in that tend to fall out.

  • Beautiful stationery, love all the designs. I have the pocket yearly planner and while it is super beautiful I wish I used it more - always seem to forget about it. Quality is amazing, worth the money :)

  • AWFUL company. I ordered & expedited invites for my engagement party. My addressing on envelopes was printed wrong. They offered to send me correct invites for free, which then also came without the return addressing that I paid extra for. I’ve had to spend extra time and money running around to obtain return addressing in time to send out my invites. This has been over a week’s ordeal. They are only offering to provide less than 10% compensation for my entire order, which is WAY LESS than what I paid for in just the return addressing additional cost. This company is a scam, stay away!!!!

  • I've had a horrible experience with Papier and cannot recommend them at all. The quality of the initial product that was sent to us was fine, aside from a cutting error that left the photo on our save the dates off-centered. I reached out to their customer support team who assured me they could fix them and "expedite" the shipping to us. Weeks later, we still don't have our fixed save the dates, and the shipment arrival time keeps changing. We were supposed to have them "no later than November 17" and now the shipment is tracking for November 29. I'm going to send out the messed up save the dates simply out of frustration and to avoid having to wait another week and a half. The customer support team has been inconsistent, inaccurate, and unhelpful. I would never use this company again and don't recommend you do.

    I would have appreciated honest communication from the customer support team, setting expectations that our new save the dates wouldn't arrive for weeks. If I had known that at the time, I would have just moved on and found another save the date rather than waited for the new ones to arrive and delaying our sending date by a month.
