Papier earns strong reviews for beautifully designed, highly customizable stationery that often feels luxurious and writes smoothly—many note thick, fountain‑pen‑friendly paper and elegant artist collaborations—but recurring complaints cite thinner paper in recent editions, bleed‑through, awkward planner layouts, and occasional print or packaging flaws. Reviews of Papier suggest the brand is good for gifts and daily use if design and personalization matter, but planners’ organization, paper consistency, and quality control can disappoint some buyers.

Papier has such cute designs and reasonable prices. I ordered an Academic Year Planner for them. The shipping was reasonably fast, but I was ultimately not impressed by the product.
Feedback
I like my planners to have really white paper. The product images on the website show bright white pages, but when it came, the planner pages were very yellow. Also, the paper quality is not good. It's 85 gsm, which according to the Internet, is less than the gsm of regular printer paper. My writing shows through completely and makes the product very annoying. Binding is also not very nice. I left it in the car for about four hours on a summer day and came back to find it completely falling apart. (Yeah, I probably shouldn't have left it, but I've done that with several other planners with no effects.)
