A little disappointed with my 2024 planner - quality seems to have gone downhill. The last planner I purchased was in 2022, and I was obsessed with the high quality; Cover, foiled accent, binding and most importnaly the paper in the 2022 edition was ELITE.

After ordering a 2024 custom planner, it did ship and arrive fairly quickly. But I was sad to see that the paper was much thinner, lower quality that prior years and did not absorb penstrokes as easily. Not to mention there was barely any foil on the cover. While I do like the added pages in front to organize your month, it feels like a bit of filler to compensate for the thinner paper. I tried writing with the same pens on my old v new planner and holding them up to the light - it is defintely a lighter paper. So, just know if youre ordering yoy that they seem to be making some cuts to quality and increasing the prices.

My invitations were printed with weird discoloration and bleed and they told me they couldn’t do anything to change it and offered me 15% refund. Like that does anything. I cannot use these invitations so therefore just lost out on $275. 

I'm a sucker for beautiful stationery that elevates the everyday and makes even writing to do lists feel like a special experience. Papier's undated daily planner is my new favorite life organization tool for 2024, so much so that I already purchased 2 more of the daily planners to cover me for the rest of the year!!

⭐️Features:
- first several pages of goal setting exercises
- spans 16 weeks, with a goal reflection exercise every 4 weeks
- weekly layout page with plenty of space for making lists, jotting down events, and even space to plan your meals for the week. I've been really utilizing the habit tracker part of the spread.
- BY FAR my favorite feature is the daily page layout (see second pic), which has a space to time block your day.  I've been able to find little blocks of time to do something productive instead of just browsing the internet mindlessly

LOVE the cover design, it's like a ray of sunshine sitting on my desk 💖☀️

Lasted me a month before the film cover started to tear up. Poor quality material . will not buy again. 

More customization on layout would be nice!

I have a customized daily planner from papier that I absolutely LOVED and used every single day. The weekly goal setting, and day by day layout really helped to keep me organized. Bonus that I get compliments on it all the time and the paper is sturdy & beautiful!

I am beyond disappointed with this company and their complete lack of customer service. I placed an order which was initially lost and then arrived faulty. It was for a 21st birthday which obviously it wasn’t here for. At the time of writing this I still have NOT received a replacement and it’s been over 3 weeks since the initial order.

They ordered me replacement item over two weeks ago, with a delivery date promised for the 8th of October. It’s now far beyond that, and the only update I have received is that saying it will be delayed. Since this, I have received no update whatsoever regarding my order status.

Every attempt to contact the company has been met with poor excuses and no real action. I have been fobbed off at every opportunity, and they have failed to provide any helpful information or even a simple process for making a formal complaint. 10% refund or 20% refund is really nothing when all you really want is the product you paid for.

The fact that I am still waiting on this replacement is unacceptable. I have now lost complete trust in this brand and will never use them again. I intend to share my experience widely to ensure other potential customers are aware of what happens when you order with them.

I ordered a personalized agenda from Papier and loved it. Very high quality. Professional, yet bold and fun. Shipping was fast. Unboxing was fun and the packaging/branding is beautiful. 

Definitely needs better packaging and customer service.

I would rate this 0 stars if I could.
My order arrived damaged and the customer service team was unwilling to give a full refund for the product. Pictures were sent that they did not fully address other than saying they were sorry. The fault was as a result of their packaging materials, so why would I want to pay and order another product from them? So I could get another damaged planner? For such a pricy planner especially for a student it really sucks that it’s completely dented and that the company was willing to do so little about it. I did tell them how the damage was as a result of their packaging and they didn’t care at all, didn’t even address the message at all. I absolutely will not be ordering from them again, and would not recommend their products to anybody else.

I would have liked to have the cards arrive wrapped in plastic, They arrived in perfect condition, but a covering of some sort would help preserve them in my desk.

It was time to upgrade my stationery, and I loved the options the Papier had to offer. It wasn't easy to decide what paper pattern to choose as Papier offered several that I liked. However, personalizing the stationary was an easy process. The paperweight was impressive, and I love how the pattern carries through to the back of the card. 

I love giving these as gifts, I purchased one previously for my mum and then a friend, they're beautifully designed and the artist collabs are a nice touch too. I had them both personalised with their monograms which was really sweet.

I absolutely love my Papier notebooks! I own two so far and I use at least one of them almost everyday.  I am extremely impressed with their quality and design and the fact that they are also very functional.

For my plain paper notebook, I have ADHD to I use it for everything from jotting down ideas to taking notes in meetings and it never fails to impress. I've had so many compliments on the cover!

I'm also a lefty and I'm glad that the hardcover notebooks lay flat enough for me to write without issues.  The paper is also thick enough that ink doesn't smudge when I run my hand over my writing and it also doesn't bleed through. 

I also purchased a gratitude journal which I am slowly making my way through and it's been fun!

I will be using these notebooks for a long time to come!

The customers service team responded quickly. I had issues with applying a promo code, turns out it was only for notebooks, not planners. I still feel the planners can be a little cheaper, but that is the price of customizations!

Very pleasantly surprised. While I agree it is on a pricier side, and it feels a little bit "rougher" (meaning, not polished like a Lily Pulitzer or Ban.do notebook/planner with colors and stickers and so forth), but it makes for a perfect, subtly customized gift for yourself or anyone else! The colors are accurately shown on the website as well, which I am happy about. Overall, I think about it as having spent nearly $40 for the entire year -- since I got a planner, and I try to make myself feel better by thinking I'm spending 3 dollars a month for this planner - and that is worth it.

Absolutely love my stationery from Papier! I use my planner every day - helping me keep track of my tasks, goals, and healthy habits. 

The range of colours and patterns to choose from are fantastic and I love the personalisation offers as well.

The quality doesn’t match up with the price. You’re better off going to a different company for custom journals and cards. 

I am so disappointed with Papier after being a longtime customer.  I buy a new wellness journal every quarter and the most recent one had much thinner paper. I can see my writing as well as the printing on the paper straight though to the next page. For the price of the journal, I would expect weightier paper. When I emailed the company, they simply said that it was a different paper stock and they were sorry I didn’t like it with an offer to refund $3 to my credit card. 

Despite loving its texture, I find the paper to be slightly too thin as I can see contents of the next page (without having written anything yet). This means you have to be very careful of the pen you use to write in the diary, as it can easily bleed. Secondly, I wish that all the pages relating to a certain month could be grouped together - ie. the August monthly calendar, August monthly goals, and August weekly spreads all be in the same section. I find it a tad bit annoying having to flip back and forth between the monthly calendar spreads and the weekly calendar spreads, but this is simply my personal preference. 

As a stationary-lover, Papier is definitely a wonderful brand to try out. The hardcover diaries are of high quality and the cover designs offered are absolutely lovely. I recently bought a mid-year diary because I wanted something that was more simple and sophisticated and Papier certainly delivered on that front. A lot of diaries have too many extra sections and pages, whereas I find my Papier diary has just the right amount of sections to help me stay organised without overwhelming me with content. Additionally, I was quite happy with the shipping time and loved the recyclable packaging.

I love my notebooks! I have two that I use every day. One for work and one for personal notes and lists. The one I use for work, I customized the cover which was a nice and creative option. I also like purchasing their cards to use as gifts. 

Papier's planners are GORGEOUS. I really wanted this to be a 5-star review, but unfortunately, I have some qualms with the quality.

Firstly, the packaging the planner came in, while cute, did absolutely nothing to protect the planner during shipping and it came bent out of shape. It's not a huge deal, there are no cracks or scratches, but I've been weighing it down to mold it back into shape for a while now.
Secondly, for $32, the paper quality is not where it should be. EVERYTHING bleeds through. Black pens, colored pens, highlighters (I use Zebra Mildliners). This really sucks because I'm a huge highlighter/color coder and I will likely be highlighting something on every page. The bleed-through is really obvious. My $10 planner from Amazon last year held up better with my highlighters than this one that's x3 the price.
Aside from the quality issues, I really like this planner. The cover is gorgeous (I got a blue-green aura-y one). I like that there are sections for your schedule and for deadlines, and that on the weekly planning sections, you can write which semester and which week of the semester you're in (I have trouble keeping track haha). I usually like the monthly and weekly sections for the same month to be together, but I don't mind them being separate with this planner because it comes with two bookmark ribbons attached so I can keep my place in both.

Papier definitely would've been my go-to planner company for the rest of college, but I'm honestly unsure if I'll buy from them again. I guess I'll have to see if I learn to tolerate the bleed-through throughout the school year.

I got the cutest customizable journal from Papier. It feels incredibly well-made and looks so cute. 

I love my Papier paper goods. They're beautifully designed, and I'm a fan of their collaborations. I have the Rosie Assoulin watercolor notebook with dotted lines, and I use it every day. I'm a big bullet journaler, and this is my favorite notebook for that by far. 

I also have a personalized notecard set. I love it so much that I actually try not to use it that often because there are only 20 cards in the pack. The paper is really high-quality. It comes in a beautiful box. 

I also gifted my mom their stationary, and she loves it. 

I found their checkout page a little odd- I could review/check my final personalization on that page, or save info before pressing "purchase"- this would be a helpful improvement and worth noting. Additionally- I wish they had a "gift" option, as my personalized wedding gift cards arrived with no note or even mention of who purchased them! 

I have loved my experience getting Papier goods- they have really beautiful products, with sophisticated and useful designs... truly something for everyone. I love the hard cover designs for the custom planners. I also recently purchased some custom cards by a really cool designer for a gift for a newly engaged couple and they are beautiful- truly a wonderful gift. As a girl who grew up ordering personalized stationary from American Stationary- its nice to have a more modern brand that meets the aesthetic needs and creativity that I'm looking for in stationary.
