Pact earns mixed reviews: the brand delivers soft, breathable organic-cotton basics—especially underwear, sheets, and some dresses—that many find comfortable and well-cut, but persistent complaints about durability, inconsistent sizing, and poor fit in certain styles temper enthusiasm. Reviews highlight standout comfort (Everyday Classic Fit Thong, Beloved Basics Lace Waist Brief, boxer shorts) and cozy bedding, while noting issues like leggings stretching out, see-through fabric, elastic failures, and problematic fits for curvy, petite, and tall bodies.
