Be careful - don't be seduced by their free shipping. They send your items Parcel Select. This is the slowest way and provides no insurance. I am still waiting on packages that were sent in January.

Shipping! I had to call the distribution center in Memphis to put a search on my packages. I spent almost $300 for products, but have yet to receive them
I purchased a few cleaning items from the store and they are great! It is an easy place to shop at and the quality of the items have lasted!

Feel like certain items are pricey compared to other retailers
Why don't we have more of these? Until all packaging is compostable its ridiculous to not be minimizing your personal impact on the environment by excess packaging. I love this brand/shop for a multitude of reasons but mostly because it makes it easy to care about the environment....we need this to be bigger.
