Our Place earns polarized reviews: the Always Pan and Perfect Pot look stunning, clean easily, and the integrated spatula rest, steamer baskets, and thoughtful lid-strainer design impress, but durability falters—nonstick coatings often degrade within months, exteriors stain and chip, handles run hot, and high heat ruins performance. Reviews affirm the brand can work well with careful, low-to-medium heat use and gentle cleaning, yet many cooks report uneven longevity and prefer stainless or cast iron for lasting sear and reliability.

I use my Always Pan twice a day approximately. 9 months in, it is my go-to mainly because of the ease of cleanup. Sure - it cooks great too - but the ability to wipe it clean if I'm feeling lazy is HUGE. I have purchased their pot as well - new review once I test it out.

It would be nice to put it in the oven. Other than that, love my pan.

I've had my Always Pan for 2 years. I have the one without the induction plate at the bottom. It's still going strong. Non stick coating is still working. I bought char because I know I'm a messy cook. I have a few scratches here and there but that's my fault or I should say my children. They won't stop using metal in the pan. I have another one that I'm the only one that uses it and it's in pristine condition. I have their Perfect Pot as well. I bake, I braise, I stew, I do everything in it. It's fantastic. I recommend Our Place products every chance I get.

I had an issue with the small handles but Our Place has released silicone grips and that works really well.

I've had this pan a little over a year now and it is life changing. I am a mother of 3 and I feel like I live in the kitchen sometimes, whether it be cooking or cleaning, I am always there. The Always Pan is so versatile that I can pretty much cook any meal in it. My absolute favorite part is the easy clean up. I literally threw out all of my old pans.

I think the cooking and home wares are decent for individuals that want streamline products and do not cook demanding recipes. The pan is great for re-heating, frozen foods, pasta dishes, sauces, and basic sautee recipes. Unfortunately, the pan is not great if you need a high-heat sear or fry, this is even stipulated by customer service. These pan's like medium heat at most, or else you start to get discoloration or de-lamination of the ceramic product. They are beautiful pieces - so if you want to spruce up your kitchen visually, the pants are cook ware are awesome. The dishes and glasses are lovely, with well-developed color ways. The company's customer service is wonderful, it deserves a 4-5 star rating. My first pan instantly started scratching after a few uses. I reached out to them and they replaced it for me.

A more durable pan that can withstand higher heat.

The pan is non stick for three uses and still requires oil to actually not-stick (even for eggs). I used it as directed, no harsh scrubbing, soaps, or tools. The costco non-stick pan is 10x better than this one.
Feedback
The non-stick coating is extremely temporary.

I gifted this pan to my husband, who loooves to cook, about 2 years ago. It has been a pretty good non-stick pan. I would not recommend it for the price though. In that price range, I think you could find something much more long-lasting. We've noticed the non-stick surface has started chipping a bit. We only handwash it. Also, the bottom of the pan has dark brown marks all over from being on heat, which doesn't clean off no matter what. We have the green color so it's very noticeably marked and looks dirty. I've read online that this is a common issue.

Too pricey. Doesn't last long (I know - I have had mine for 2 years).

This pan has great aesthetic and you can use it for multiple functions. Unfortunately the nonstick is wearing away and started to do so only a few months after purchasing. So while I do like the pan, there are better options out there.

I received an Always Pan as a gift. I had never heard of this pan previous to the person gifting it to me. I was very happy as first as the pan made it so I could do multiple cooking styles during one meal prep with just one pan. And food slid around on it like butter, even without the use of oil. But, sad to say after using this pan for nearly every meal for roughly 6-8 months, food started to stick. The pan came with a loofah piece, and that is exclusively what I used to scrub it. Yet, the coating was chipping in small places. The pan was lovingly and carefully handwashed every time because I was aware of the exorbitant price point. Finally, one night I cooked quesadillas where I was putting plain corn tortillas on the pan with no oil (in order to heat them up and make them moldable); well the pan has had small black spots that I have not been able to remove ever since. I've used dish soap with boiling water, scrubbed the spots many times with the loofah, and no matter what those spots remain. Around said spots, food sticks to the pan and has all but rendered it unusable.

The price is unbelievably high, considering I only got a few great months out of this product before food began to stick. The pan's coating is so delicate I can't recommend this to anyone, even though the pan was great before the coating started to falter.

I have generally strayed away from non-stick pans as I thought they couldn't compete with cast iron or stainless steel skillets. However, I was proved wrong by this pan. I cooks anything you throw at it perfectly. The company recommends that you do not cook on higher than medium-low, and who would've guessed they'd be right. Now I have only had this pan for about 4 months, but so far the non-stick has held up, we will see what the future brings.

I do not see much room for improvement on this pan. While it may be a bit on the more expensive side, I do see it still being in the reasonable realm. I just home that they plan on making an oven safe version as currently this pan is stove top only. I also feel as if I have to be on the more delicate side compared to a stainless steel pan and Im worried of chipping or scratching.

I really like my pan but now that I have an electric stove, I am not sure how to utilize it best. It seems impossible to bring any liquids to a boil which really takes away from the functionality of it including steaming. The pan I received had a few minor scratches and imperfections. I have also read way too many reviews about how the pan is rendered useless because the nonstick surface gets destroyed rather quickly, so I am hesitant about recommending to anyone else. I do think it's an expensive pan for less than 1 year of usage. Otherwise, it is a very beautiful pan with a versatile shape and depth.

Better heating for electric stoves, tougher nonstick coating for longer usage
