Our Place earns polarized reviews: the Always Pan and Perfect Pot look stunning, clean easily, and the integrated spatula rest, steamer baskets, and thoughtful lid-strainer design impress, but durability falters—nonstick coatings often degrade within months, exteriors stain and chip, handles run hot, and high heat ruins performance. Reviews affirm the brand can work well with careful, low-to-medium heat use and gentle cleaning, yet many cooks report uneven longevity and prefer stainless or cast iron for lasting sear and reliability.

The products are super cute, but honestly feel very low quality for their price. My non-stick stopped working after like 3 uses! Disappointing.
I'm very much an amateur cook so my Always Pan has been meeting most of my needs over the last year that I've been using it. However, it's not as versatile nor high quality as the brand advertises. It's also heavier and bulkier than I'd like in an everyday pan. It does the job for now, but it's not a buy it for life product.

Nice pan, takes care of all my basic needs. I don’t use the bamboo steamer basket often, would skip that the next purchase. Wood spatula cracks at the top and can harbor old food particles.

We have an Our Place pan and cups that we use constantly. However, they don't hold up nearly as well as stated. The pan stains easily and the non-stick coating isn't super effective (lots of scrubbing). The cups are super cute! But now, about a year in, we have a few with cracks and chips that make them unusable. Overall, this is definitely a Look over Function product. Not super worth the money.
I have the Always Pan as well as the plates, bowls and glasses. I love the dishware and glassware - they're great basics that look good :) I also really like my pan - although I don't use it a ton and therefore have not had the same issues as some with the nonstick wearing off. I really like the steamer baskets and how they fit perfectly (although some of the steam escapes through the open space where the spoon goes). Overall, I like the aesthetic but would not purchase again. I would recommend this brand for their dishware/glassware!
I was disappointed with the quality of the pan. Looks glorious on pictures but in person it feels rough in parts and the beautiful colours mark very quickly. Also the original pan was not suitable to use in the oven.
I was just at a friend's house who had one of these pans and I liked it quite a bit. However, it conducts heat in a big way so it's easy to burn things if the heat is a bit too high.
I wanted to love the Always Pan so badly but the universe didn't want me to. We received this as a gift for Christmas. I love that it comes with the wooden spatula and the holder for it makes for less mess. The steamer basket is also a plus for quicker weeknight meals. You cannot use it over heat higher than medium heat or the non-stick will get ruined. My partner accidentally used it on high heat and the pan stained. Thankfully, they were gracious to replace it via warranty.
Looks smart, but it's overpriced and not all that great. All over the internet, but that doesn't mean it's that good. Not great with high heat – it'll very quickly lose it's non-stick ability. "Sold out 20 times" means that they're either bad at logistics/forecasting, or perhaps embellishing the truth.
Looks super nice sitting on my stove! Good and nonstick for the first year or so, but after a year started getting scratches on the bottom and chips on the outside. Love the spatula it comes with though and am obsessed with the cute colors.
Here's the thing: these pans are cute. I have both the Always Pan and Perfect Pot and I will continue to use them until they are worn through. However, they were not designed for longevity. The non-stick coating on the surface of both pans wore off after two-to-three months of use despite my following the instructions and hand-washing only. Full disclosure: I do cook multiple times a day and so they see very regular use, but even my cheap, Target pan managed to retain its non-stick coating much longer than the Always Pan. That being said I do love these products. They are aesthetically pleasing and still do their job.
I have both sizes pots and I absolutely love them - they are heavy, durable and have done me no wrong so far. I think they are 100% worth it, especially when you get them on sale

So some people diss this brand, or have negative marketing about it and the $100 price. But this really is a great pan. It is tall and robust - If I am steaming three bunches of Kale (don't come at me) It can all fit in here and cook down. That wooden spatula is a complete gimmick, but (1) I checked and they do sell replacements (2) who cares its still a good pan. If I was shopping again I'd look for lower priced similar ones, but nonetheless I love mine.

Love, love, love, I got my sister and best friend a pan and they absolutely love it. It’s a great brand with great products that any kitchen/ cook lover would want to have in their collection!
Beautiful, minimalistic, clean aesthetic for pots and pans. Expensive, and the nonstick coating wore off too quickly.
Such a cute pan! Definitely have seen some discoloration after using a handful of times but still works great!

Sigh. I've had 2 of their original pans and I got rid of both of them. I wanted to love these pans so much as the shape is really deep and practical and they look beautiful on the stovetop. Despite claims that they are dishwasher safe, these pans got really dinged up in the dishwasher. Also, over time, they became really discolored and the interior started getting grimy and chipping. The brand's customer service is incredible and they replaced my pan for free after I contacted them. However, the same thing happened to the second pan. I think these might work if you are a very new or casual cook (e.g. only stir fry Trader Joes frozen meals or make eggs once a week). I cook almost every night and consider myself an advanced cook and these were not right for my needs. I also have a set of 4 plates which I like a lot and would give 4/5. They stack well and have a very low profile, fitting in the dishwasher easily without taking up much space. Con is that the plates are kind of scratched up after only a few months of use.
I was so excited about the look of these pans and the idea that they can replace everything. They really are beautiful to leave out in the kitchen. Unfortunately, it could not handle high heat and quickly lost its non-stick qualities. I loved the look so much, I had bought all my friends them as gifts and now feel bad. I still use it for soups or steaming since that does not stick to the pan.
Sigh.. Let me make this brief for readers. It's a pan. It works. The non-stick stuff is BS. It stops working after a few uses. But they look really nice! And my mom got me it for christmas and anything she gets me feels special<3 Thats all!

Sigh. I have 2 of these. :/
They are the best pans I’ve tried though I can’t say I’ve tried a lot different brands. I’ve heard some reviews saying that the non stick coating wasn’t durable, but I bought them 4 months ago and no bad comments to say about them yet. Really pretty pans for cooking!
