Reviews mention

  • Nostalgic, flavorful profiles
  • Refreshing, lighter mouthfeel
  • Prebiotic, fiber-forward formula
  • Broad, adventurous assortment
  • Occasional stevia aftertaste
  • Inconsistent carbonation fizz
  • Some flavors taste medicinal
  • Sweetness can be cloying

OLIPOP wins over many soda drinkers in reviews with nostalgic flavors like Vintage Cola, Classic Root Beer, Classic Grape, Strawberry Vanilla, Ginger Lemon, and Orange Squeeze that curb cravings while feeling lighter and “gut-friendly.” Reviews also flag weaknesses: several flavors read overly sweet with a noticeable stevia/artificial aftertaste, occasional low carbonation/flat cans, and hit‑or‑miss accuracy compared to legacy sodas—some love them, others find them medicinal or dull.

  • These are very unique. I like the “Strawberry Vanilla” flavor, but the texture of these are different. They almost have a chalky, powdery feel to them? They also have a particular aftertaste that is apparent in “botanical” soft drinks like this. I still enjoy it but it is an acquired taste!

  • I really really love the root beer flavor. This may be because I don't drink soda very often, but to me it literally tastes just like regular root beer and has so much less sugar and feels better for you lol. I've tried a few flavors but the root beer one tastes the best imo.

  • Overall I think the flavors are good, but they have an aftertaste. I think the only thing though I would fully change is that I wish they were just a little more carbonated.

Maybe an option with cane sugar?

  • These are a fun alternative to soda, but definitely an alternative as they taste noticeably different. Grape and fruit punch are my favorites..

  • As someone with gut issues who loves carbonation and wants to stop drinking sugar filled soft drinks, I LOVE Olipop. Their Orange soda is my all time favorite. I love how they do limited edition flavors. Excited to see what else they do in the future.

  • If the benefits are as great as they say they are, then this is one of the best ways to do it. Compared to other brands that tout the same digestive health benefits, Olipop definitely tastes the best. I love the designs on the cans and they certainly nail some loved flavors.

My only concern is about sugar levels and making the price a little cheaper.

  • one of all my all time favorite prebiotic drinks! I am always reaching for these and they make me feel so good! I love all their flavors but my favorites are strawberry vanilla and cream soda. Highly recommend giving these a try!

I wish they were more affordable!

  • Most of the flavors are great. I really like the Vintage Cola and Ginger Lemon flavors. Strawberry Vanilla was not for me! Overall very tasty as far as prebiotics go!

  • There is so much fiber in each can! I love having this in my fridge as an easy source of fiber. It's also delicious - my favorite is Strawberry Vanilla but I'd love to try their Grape and Punch flavors.

  • I've tried most of the Olipop flavors and like all of them. My favorite is the Cherry Vanilla, which is surprising since I don't like cherry-flavored things, but it has just the right amount of tartness. I reach for Olipop if I want something sweet - as opposed to a sparkling water - and want to be a little healthier in my drink choices. The Root Beer flavor is great too.

  • HUGEEEEEE fan. Love them so much and soooo tasty. Fav are ginger lemon, orange and grape. The taste is amazing, perfectly balanced and happy to be drinking something that's good for my gut health. Also their CX is AMAZING. Dope people and even better product

more flavors!!! Coke flavor sucks, tastes like water coke. There is a weird after taste after drinking but it's not that bad. Some people might not like!

  • doesn’t taste amazing, maybe too artificially sugary?

    artificial sugar taste

  • Delicious, low calorie drinks. I typically only drink flavored seltzer water rather than soda, but these are perfect for the occasional sweet tooth I get. The limited edition flavors are always on point and keep me coming back.

They're a little too pricey to be a mainstay in my fridge.

  • Love these drinks! My partner is waiting for an excuse to splurge and get a full case of them. For now it’s nice to get them at one of our local grocers,

  • I love the branding of these cans. The flavors are nice enough (esp. Ginger Lemon). I don't like the aftertaste of stevia, though, and wish it weren't used. I'm also disappointed that these contain real sugar; I'd prefer if they had no sweetener at all.

I don't like the aftertaste of stevia and wish it weren't used. I'm also disappointed that these contain real sugar; I'd prefer if they had no sweetener at all. Finally, glass would be preferable to aluminum.

  • I've gotten to try a few different flavors from Olipop, including Vintage Cola and Classic Grape. Classic Grape is SO good and tastes so much like the real things. Vintage Cola is also really tasty, but comes in 2nd out of the two for me. Overall, though, I LOVE these alternatives to soda because they definitely scratch that soda itch as a great alternative. The next flavors I hope to try are Strawberry Vanilla, Cherry Vanilla and Orange Squeeze!

  • I'm a fan! Started keeping the cola in my fridge. Also dig the root beer and strawberry vanilla flavors. I'm not a soda person, it's just unnecessary calories, sugar, etc. These bypass that. Cola is great for an afternoon pick-me-up, love the caffeine. The rest are just good "treats," as they say.

Lemon ginger flavor isn't for me, tastes a little too medicinal. Price is a little high — my local grocery has them for $2 each, which works, but the online subscription model comes out to at least $3 each.

  • Loving all the flavors! I think it's a great option to soda and even an alternative to sparkling water. I'm never sure if I notice the digestive benefits but maybe that's the point. ;) Overall, I would buy again and recommend.
