OLAPLEX makes bond-building hair care products to restore damaged and compromised hair for all hair types.

Hair Care

OLAPLEX earns mixed-to-positive reviews: its bond-building treatments (notably No.0 + No.3), No.6 Bond Smoother, and No.7 Bonding Oil often leave hair stronger, smoother, shinier, and less frizzy—especially for bleached or color‑treated blondes—while highly pigmented No.4P/5P effectively neutralize brass. However, reviewers report drawbacks: some shampoos/conditioners feel heavy, drying, or greasy, purple formulas can stain and be drying, results can be short‑lived or inconsistent, and several cite concerns about hair loss or lawsuits. If your hair is damaged, OLAPLEX can work; fine or oily types may need to cherry‑pick products and use sparingly.
