Sooo I loved going into their Hong Kong boutique, it was such an experience. They have a lot of amazing products that makes it feel like a boutique apothecary, it feels like they have everything. They sell raw exotic skincare single ingredients from all over the world and their boutique staff were very knowledgeable and could recommend products based on specific skincare issues you might be facing. They have amazing packaging and fragrances, and the experience of smelling the fragrances in store was incredible. Of course their products are not cheap but you really don't go into the store just to buy an ingredient but to have the full experience.

Just love everything they do from product to retail strategy. Have never received a more beautifully packaged item in my life. My order (a comb personalized with initials) also included a hand-written note in calligraphy. A brand that truly understands the concept of seamless service.
