Nomadica Reviews

Best of Thingtesting4.6

Nomadica reviews state the brand works as a high-quality, canned wine option: reviewers praise its elegant, sustainable packaging and pleasant, dry flavors but note occasional mismatch between advertised tasting notes and actual flavor plus some varieties taste too sweet or too dry for certain palates. This makes Nomadica a strong choice for buyers seeking portable, well-designed single-serve wines, though cautious tasters should expect variable flavor fidelity across SKUs.

  • As someone who is the only wine consumer in the household, I like Nomadica’s boxed wines to be able to have half a glass of wine or so with dinner and not have to open a bottle that will go bad. The wines are dry, which I like, and taste great but if I’m honest, they aren’t spectacular…just solid. The branding and packaging is great.

  • When I first heard about Nomadica, I was immediately excited because I LOVE wine. But...I've ordered from other wine box subscription brands and have felt the same sentiments only to be disappointed by the pricepoint, taste, or amount. *Cue Nomadica* Female-owned, hearty pours, great price, and taste...everything I love! I also like that it ships with zero excess packaging and with a cute note. Bonus points for being vegan, chemical-free, and 0gs of sugar.

To be honest, the only thing I would like to be different is for the website to have more stock. I went to order more of the red wine and it was all sold out. :(

  • I tried Orange Nomadica. It definitely has a quality flavor/ taste that you would not expect from a can. First several sips tasted a bit sour, as that can be typical of orange wine, thereafter, it was similar to rosé. However, I did not taste any of the notes of pineapple, honey and orange blossoms, tropical flavors, as advertised on label. Overall though, I did enjoy it and it's worth the money.

  • I came across this canned wine at Roberta's Pizza in Culver City, Los Angeles. An ideal, refreshing taste for a sunny day ... and with a slice of pizza, it was a perfect pairing. The packaging is eco-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and features a music QR code with curated tracks to accompany you as you sip.
