These probably help ... but... Brought these on a ladies trip to Mexico. Forced my travel companions to take them religiously (along with a Gatorade) before and after starting the parties. We probably felt better than we would have. Where I have complaints is that while these are convenient little two packs, the price point is ridiculous. While hangover prevention is not really something that has solid evidence based research saying something helps (other than hydrating , drinking less and eating), the things that MAY help are Dihydromyricetin, L-cysteine, probiotics, vitamins (B, C), minerals (zinc, magnesium) maybe milk thistle and then the things that may fix side effects like ginger, electrolytes, etc. You can purchase all of these things for 1/10 of the price at any drug store. I personally have found that taking B complex and L-Cyesteine with a hydration drink works just as well... albeit less convenient to toss in your bag!
