    I really wanted to love these but they did were not right for my feet. They are made really well and I felt like it was a good purchasing experience. It's not the brand's fault that I have high arches and sensitive feet!

    I’m a new fan of these sandals for men. They were recommended as ‘the best’ hurraches’ by a major men’s magazine. When i learned they were $150 I decided that was way too expensive (even though I wanted them badly!). Soon thereafter, they were a Black Friday item for $100 - I jumped and ended up with 3 pairs I love Well made, sophisticated looking, great quality and very comfortable. I love them. Sizing on the hurrachss is tricky - order at least one size smaller. I had to make 2 returns for smaller sizes. Customer service was swift and easy

    I purchased a lovely pair of gray suede Nisolo shoes during their Black Friday sale. When they arrived, they were scuffed. The shoes had been packaged in such a way that they rubbed against each other in transit. I contacted customer service (and had to continually pester them through social media) and eventually got a replacement pair. The replacement pair was also packaged right next to each other and arrived scuffed. I know that suede shoes will scuff and show wear, but it shouldn't be due to poor packaging. The product is clearly very high quality. They look even better in person. They just need to be packaged more thoughtfully. Interestingly, now that I have worn two identical pairs, they fit differently. One pair is much more comfortable, and the other is tight in the toe box and grips the heel too much.

    The shoes are low quality, the soles are terrible and wear down quickly. The company is also extremely dishonest and has engaged in fraud, theft, and other misleading client practices. I wanted so badly to like these shoes, given what they say about ethical practices and fair wages, but the leather is such low quality, the hardware and workmanship are terrible.
