Smaller than I expected based on the box size. But it looks good. The cookies are firmed but not rock-hard straight from the freezer. Bites cleanly without shattering teeth. Thick! They soften perfectly into a dense, chewy, almost brownie-like consistency. Seriously impressive texture evolution. The chew is fantastic.

Nightingale ice cream sandwiches are some of my favorite! The flavor I tried is Cookie Monster and they are the perfect little snack to have after dinner! Both the cookie and ice cream components are delicious.

Was it good: yes? Would I buy it again: probably not. It was a nice, albeit small ice cream sandwich. We had the chocolate ones - deep chocolate flavor, creamy, and the cookie wasn't soggy. It was good, but not life changing. For the price, considering the small size I expected boutique ice cream shop flavors and quality, but did not get it. Again, it's good, but not great and too pricey.

Ugh, we went wild when these were at Costco! They are an excellent summer treat...but they're so expensive without the Costco discount. They're now a sometimes treat - not all the flavors are hits in my home, but the cookies and cream one is excellent!

I LOVE these ice cream sandwiches. The brand is from Richmond, Va. which is relatively close to me and I love to see how they've expanded into stores all over. The mini size are my favorite for a little treat. Delicious ice cream, great flavors and excellent cookie texture. It's hard to pick a favorite flavor because I've honestly loved every one I've tried. Look for the giant multipacks at some Costcos if you want to stock up for summer. Pricy but worth it! (I wish they sold big packs with multiple flavors in a box so if you're reading this Nightingale, please create those, especially for Costco!)

Nightingale Ice Cream has my heart! My sisters and I found this product in Fresh Market and tried their Cookie Monster and Banana Pudding in Chomp size. Don't let the size fool you! The chomp size ice cream bars may be small, but the taste is mighty. I love any brand that dedicates themselves to Southern flavors, and they hit it spot-on with the Banana Pudding. It doesn't have a weird artificial banana flavor, the ice cream is so creamy, and the cookies is soft and thick. I can't wait to try more of their flavors.

These are literally the best ice cream sandwiches. Glad they've started to make a smaller size since the bigger side was enough for two servings. Tastes very decadent, all the flavors are great. A little on the heavy side, but not an issue.
