    This product blows any ice cream sandwich I’ve had out of the water. Both the cookie and ice cream tastes incredible, and I love the fact that the cookie is thick and holds its own. There’s a range of flavors available, and all the ones I’ve tried have yet to leave me disappointed. I love that there are standard classic flavors like chocolate/ strawberry but even better unique flavors like the raspberry croissant, or key lime pie. I also really enjoy mix ins, that are usually limited to pints, but these ice cream sandwiches have several flavors that are not shy with the mixins like cake pieces or pie crust. The new chomps are great if you like to mix and match, or don’t want to commit to a whole one.

    Smaller than I expected based on the box size. But it looks good. The cookies are firmed but not rock-hard straight from the freezer. Bites cleanly without shattering teeth. Thick! They soften perfectly into a dense, chewy, almost brownie-like consistency. Seriously impressive texture evolution. The chew is fantastic.

    Nightingale ice cream sandwiches are some of my favorite! The flavor I tried is Cookie Monster and they are the perfect little snack to have after dinner! Both the cookie and ice cream components are delicious.
