Brilliant, thoughtful and well-engineered household goods and clothes: I'd feel safe ordering anything sight-unseen. In terms of household goods, Muji is like a very sophisticated Container Store, although its stock and assortment tends to be a little more unpredictable: if you see something small, unique and interesting, grab a few, because it may not be around for long. Very neutral palette and range of materials (aluminum, wood, rattan, white or clear plastic. Clothes and accessories are good quality and value, but cuts tend to be extremely simple and designed for universality (elastic waistbands, roomy fits) rather than reaching for more tailored silhouettes: completely justified given the price range. Spiral notebooks and black gel pens are stealth MVPs!

I love MujI! Their pens = amazing (and how I first knew of them) but over the years I have expanded to their home goods and clothing. I love how simplistic and minimalistic everything is, but the quality also seems great!

Perfect minimal items that are well made. Can always find what I need there.

One of my favorite companies. I love all their home goods/ storage. Also their ink pens!! Bought their sheets years ago and they’re still holding up wonderfully. Just wish they didn’t sell out of stock so often.

I have the 0.38mm pens and they are my FAVORITE! I do a lot of annotating in books, and love how the fine tip allows me to write more in small margins, and writes so smooth across the paper.

I like the simplicity of Muji. I've tested a bunch of their office supplies and they're overall really nice but I find that some of the pens skip a bit.

They are my all time favorite pens. The shade of purple is just delightful. Their shipping is always super fast and their products are super affordable, especially when you can get pen refills.

Great reliable products at a great price point!

I love that when you visit Muji, you know what you will find: well-made basics for the home. If someone wanted to move out, they could outfit their entire kitchen! On the clothes end, I've purchased a ton of the Muji Labo stuff, crispy cotton with beautiful oversized unisex fits. The only reason I gave Muji a 4 out of 5 here is because I have visited a couple of their locations in Japan and am bummed they down have the same diversity of products available in Canada - that would be soooo cool!

Affordable and thoughtful products. Quality is on the lower end. Clothes are designed for shorter folks.

Love the basics from muji - underwear, socks, pens. I find it hard not to spend up when I am in a store.

I really enjoy my Muji products, some of which include their dateless calendar and my mixing bowls. Both are high-quality, thoughtfully designed and I copped them at an unbelievable (but Muji expected) price. I’ve never tried their clothing line, but I’m interested as it appears they have several great basics.

Living in NYC makes it so easy to shop around Muji. Their pens and stationary are a staple to my college life!! I'm a big fan of the clear pen box, which fits perfectly into my backpack. I haven't really explored much of their homewear but would really love to.
