Milk Makeup earns mixed-to-positive reviews: its Hydro Grip primer, Kush mascara/brow products, and creamy Lip + Cheek and bronzer sticks often perform beautifully—gripping makeup, blending easily, and suiting sensitive skin—while recurring complaints cite tacky feel or pilling from Hydro Grip, inconsistent formulas, fading pigment, and fussy or small stick packaging. Reviews of Milk Makeup also flag scent issues, products drying out or melting, and some underwhelming skincare and highlighters, making it a brand with standout staples but uneven reliability across the range.

Got the milk mini blush as part of Sephora’s birthday gift set maaaany years ago and it still hasn’t run out yet. Formula is good, helps to let it warm up on your skin a bit for easier blending. Would recommend.

I love the new jelly blush! It does everything it says and provides as little or as much pigment as you want so really you can’t go wrong! I’m fair skinned and got the darkest tone but I think it’s so pretty!!!! Plus the price is amazing AND it’s gonna last forever

One of my go-to makeup brands for everyday products that are long lasting and creamy to blend! I recently bought their new Hydro grip Skin Tint - and it is fantastic! Sticky goopy quick drying consistency that leaves a glowing hydrated even base on the skin! Looks amazing when you use a primer under as well - can tell that it will be my #1 makeup base product for this summer coming up!

I LOVE EVERY SINGLE PRODUCT THAT MILK MAKEUP HAS EVER RELEASED. Follow my tiktok @maddiediaries to see me try out this products and more like it.

Milk makeup is okay to me. I’ve purchased simply based on the packaging… I love anything holographic. So I bought the Milk Makeup Holographic Cream Stick Highlighter in the shade Supernova. I was excited to get it but a bit disappointed when it arrived. It’s just okay- for me. I used it once & now I haven’t since. It just didn’t work for me like other products. I might need to try some other products, but so far, this one hasn’t done it for me like my other stashes of makeup. Sorry, Milk. I felt it was a bit overrated. Packaging is cute though.

I just purchased the Milk Makeup Kush Brow Shadow Stick in the color Brush - and Wow! I don't have time to use a pencil like applicator. It's time consuming and my left brow always looks better than the right because I am left handed. This application works for me as it has like a lipstick like edge to draw your brow. Goes on smooth and in 1-2 strokes. Highly recommend if you like a quick no fuss application. Definitely try it. Oh, and it is affordable in this crazy expensive world! XO Also love who they are: "At Milk Makeup, our product philosophy is simple: We start with good ingredients. Turn those into effective formulas. And that results in easy-to-use makeup that’s 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and paraben-free...Always. Born out of Milk Studios, a creative hub in downtown New York City, community and self-expression is at the heart of everything we do."

Oh yes!! Come on u know there good… tithe sculpt stick is what I love… primer!! Come on!! I love how smooth is the stick. Is little but u just need a bit

I really love their kush mascara. Doesn't clump, and lasts all day. I have never perfected their cream blush or highlighter. I struggled to blend it into my skin and find it just sits on top of my skin, and so I don't wear it much.

I am obsessed with this brand. I bought a blush stick on a whim years ago when my luggage was lost on a trip and it’s remained my tried and true blush brand for 5+ years as a result. Every other product I’ve tried has also been great.

My favorite thing about milk makeup is how fun it is. Experience does matter and I really appreciate the light heartedness they bring to their products. But they also have really decent formulas. There’s a million lip oils out there but if you haven’t tried their Odessy lip oil, you really should. It’s one of the best hands down.

Pros: Milk deserves five stars even if their packaging can suck at times. As someone whose hobby is trying out makeup, I really am picky about the products I like. I'm like Goldilocks. I'll try it all. Milk's hydrogrip primer is amazing. It really does help makeup stay on for hours. Not just a few hours, but all day. I know there are dupes but they don't have the lasting power of the Hydrogrip. I love the Kush eyebrow gel. Actually I can't remember if it's considered a gel, but that's besides the point. I find that the small brush allows for me to maneuver through my eyebrows without having to worry about getting the color all over my face. Cons: I do love the contour and the Rally blush but with that said, when I ordered them, I was expecting full size products. Well, between the time I bought the blush and getting a replacement, it looked as if someone shrunk the cream products to a trial size. The other thing that is not awesome is that when I pull off the protective plastic shield from the cream stick products, the tops of the products comes off. Every. Single. Time. With that said, there is still a lot of product left to use even if the top comes. I have been trying to not waste my blush though, so I've been working my way through what's popped off before I start using the stick. I guess you need to pick and choose your battles, unfortunately. I am not annoyed enough to stop buying the products but I know that it will bother others.

Love this bronzer! Have had it for over a year! Only problem is that it would screw up, but its still my favorite! Worth the money! Would 100% recommend.

I tried their famous lip + cheek blush and I'm in love!! Smooth consistency that makes it easy to use. Perfect for 'clean girl makeup' look. The only minus is the small packaging for its price.

The Milk Makeup Primer Grip is a game-changer in my makeup routine. Its gripping formula ensures that my makeup stays put all day, providing a flawless base that enhances the longevity of my foundation and other products. It feels light on the skin and doesn't leave any sticky residue, making it incredibly comfortable to wear. The primer also helps to smooth out my complexion, creating the perfect canvas for makeup application

I have only a cream stick blush. Colour and texture is fabulous but it feels very scented. It is a lip and cheek product but I literally can’t make myself wear it just because the scent bothers me. The colour is actually really nice on the cheek but also on the lips. (It’s usually either or for me. And this tone just works perfect on my medium tanned skin.) I guess the additional perfume in this product is not my type and it prevented me to be keen on trying the other stuff from the brand.

I tried the milk lip + cheek product and it’s my go to product; I love the way it looks on me, lightweight and beautiful. I have the mini version as a go to for me that I can when needed. I’ve also tried their primer and it’s my holy grail, my favourite. It les es the skin looks flawless and glowy Finally, i also tried the mini mascara & highlighter . I never go out without it! I love the final result it gives to my make up. I’m an absolute lover

I haven't tried "Milk Makeup" but I have tried their primer before. My thoughts on the Hydro Grip primer is that is works flawlessly on the skin and it leaves my makeup looking very snatched. The only con, I have about this product it that the scent isn't very lovely. The scent, pretty much smells like a strong chemical scent but not to the point of concern.

I would love for you guys to change the scent or dial down the aroma that comes from the Hydro Grip primer.

I feel like this brand is over marketed and high price for what it is. The hydro grip primer was fine, but I’ve used better for less money and more money. It’s just not special IMO. Also tried the Sunshine Skin Tint - also over marketed. It was terrible. Was patchy, uneven and streaky on my face. Blended with a sponge and a brush and it just moved all around and stuck to what I was applying it to. Not worth it. I feel like this is the same as elf products but are just marketed well and more expensive packaging.

It’s meh. Maybe it works for you, but it didn’t work for me.

MILK bronzer stick After a long decision making, because of the price of the MILK make up products, I decided to buy the MILK MAKEUP MATTE BRONZER stick. Imagine my disappointment when the stick melted in front of my eyes because it was 22 degrees Celsius outside… The stick is completely useless to me now - if I try to apply it on my face it is chunky and impossible to blend. I’m not sure if I’ll ever buy anything else from MILK and I strongly recommend not to use their products in the summer.

I have their 2in1 Lip + Cheek Cream Blush Stick in shade dusty rose. It blends really well, and is a very buildable product. Unfortunately I don't really like the way it smells, so I tend to find myself picking up my normal blush instead of this. I do use it under my normal blush sometimes, if I want more pigment and my makeup to last longer! very natural finish!
