I have been a customer of mejuri since 2016 and at the beginning this company was really fantastic and had great quality reasonably priced pieces. As time has gone on the pieces have been lower and lowe in quality. I have allergic reactions to their “14k gold” jewelry and vermeil pieces that have completely gotten destroyed when they were stored and used as directed (and actually hardly worn). Their customer service has been declining rapidly and will not stand by their products or policies.

My mejuri pieces are all I wear, they don't tarnish and have a super clean expensive look.

I did a lot of research before sharing my wallet with Mejuri! I find their design gentle and modern and the price is fair for 14k solid gold jewelry. I ordered few rings, bracelets and earnings and i ended up keeping 4 rings(!), two bracelets and one pair of earrings. I got it all about 18month ago and its on my hands and ears ever since, still looking amazing. I also had to return few items and their customer service is quick and attentive, very easy. I absolutely love the my jewelry!

Some of my favorite pieces of jewelry are Mejuri. They last long, through showers and workouts and still look new! They are timeless pieces that I continue to love!

I love staple pieces that I can wear everyday without taking off. I've had two bracelets from Mejuri that I've worn for 2 years. No tarnishing. I love the ethical sourcing assurance shopping with them provides.

I asked for Mejuri for Christmas and received two different bracelet sets. After wearing them for a couple of weeks, the shine was gone and the bracelets looked like used. I know this is an affordable brand, but I was hoping for more durability and sparkle. I'm not impressed with the product and in this case, I do think you get what you pay for.

I got my ears pierced at the Mejuri in Los Angeles & it was the biggest waste of money. I was ripped off. The products are pretty, but so overpriced. I'd recommend Studs instead.

I really like Mejuri's products, especially their fine jewelry collection. I switched over all of my earrings to gold fine jewelry from Mejuri and I've had noooo issues or rusting and I never take them out. Big fan over here.

I HATE having to leave less than 5 stars for Mejuri, because I absolutely love their jewelry designs - I have multiple rings and earrings from them. I had to drop one star though, because I've found that their jewelry that isn't made with solid gold changes color pretty fast. I was gifted the Gold/Blue Topaz Gemstone Drop Stacker Ring and within about 6 months it lost most of its Gold Vermeil plating. :( Their other stuff is awesome though, and their retail boutiques are awesome, with incredibly helpful folks working in-store. I've also found that their online Customer Support is great!

Good spot for finding on trend jewelry. Bought my wife a few pieces from here and was an overall success. Biggest complaint would be not enough white gold options compared to gold (the selection has gotten better over the years).
