The pillow is fine, but it doesn't feel that adjustable. And overall, it's a little too flat for my taste. I like the design and the cover, the idea is cool for it to be adjustable I just don't think it really changes that much with the zipper. It's a good pillow. Probably won't repurchase.

i got this through thingdrop a while back and have some mixed feelings about it. i love that it comes with a pillow protector! makes the cleaning process a lot easier as i can just toss it in the wash with the rest of my bedding. i will say that the pillow itself is not as soft or plush as i would have liked. it is pretty stiff regardless of whether you leave it zipped or unzipped for expansion. nothing really changes between the settings except for pillow height. given the pricepoint, i was expecting a softer, more comfortable pillow that actually feels luxe and unique.

Great pillow! My wife got jealous of it and got the same one. It’s very customizable and can be adjusted to firm or soft.
