Reviews mention

  • Ultra-clean ingredient list
  • Fresh, natural flavor profile
  • Versatile, smoothie-friendly formulas
  • Attractive, modern packaging
  • Thin, watery consistency
  • Separation and chalky sediment
  • Muted vanilla and chocolate flavor
  • Curdles or froths poorly in coffee

MALK earns strong reviews for exceptionally clean, short ingredient lists and fresh-tasting almond, oat, soy, cashew, and creamers, and many say it works well in cereal, smoothies, and matcha. However, reviews also flag a consistently thin, sometimes watery texture, separation or clumping even after shaking, muted vanilla/chocolate flavor, and poor performance in hot coffee (curdling or weak creaminess).

  • surprisingly chalky, and a bit more expensive than other almond milk options

  • I really love Malk and have been using it for a while now. As one of the cleanest non dairy milks you can get it, its great. I prefer the Vanilla Almond Malk but the Oat is creamy and great as well. My only thing with this, it is does curdle in coffee which is kind of annoying - but for everything else its great!

  • I love that this oat milk has clean simple ingredients. I wish it was at more stores and that it wasn’t so expensive. Eight dollars for such a small thing. It’s pretty crazy.

  • Great oat milk brand! I tried quite a few oat milk brands now and I will say this is one of my favorites. Great flavors and tastes really good. I will say the container size is small and I wish it was bigger.

  • This is the best store-bought alt-milk on the shelves as far as I'm concerned (and I've tried them ALL). There are no gums or gross additives. (It's not going to be creamy like Oatly, but that's because Oatly is full of junk.) They even use vanilla bean instead of vanilla extract which I love. I've tried all the flavors – vanilla almond is my favorite, but I don't discriminate if it's out of stock. If I want a sweet treat the chocolate oat is great (though not as sweet as a typical chocolate milk) I wish I could find a coffee shop that used MALK! I've converted a handful of friends from their milk brands to MALK.

  • I have tried so many oat milks in this golden age of alternative milks. My top selling points with oat milks are #1 price/quantity and #2 quality/ingredients. I started trying to make my own oat milk to avoid those nasty added extra ingredients / preservatives (and to save money) but found it too time consuming at this point in my life. Malk felt like a close second to getting homemade oat milk and it tastes almost exactly like the oat milk I used to make myself.

  • Hands down my favorite milk alternative brand. The cleanest ingredients out there and are always tasty and fresh.

  • Usually almond milk makes me extremely itchy and the texture doesn't land. MALK was the first time I encountered a plant based milk alternative I actually reached for!

Honestly, I wish they came in larger sizes!

  • I appreciate the healthy ingredients and lack of additives in these products. However, I find the consistency to be too watery for use in my coffee. If you do not mind a watery texture, this could be a good healthier alternative for you.

  • The MALK Almond Milk was amazing! Love that it was organic with very minimal ingredients! It tasted fresh by itself, with cereal and with my smoothies! I can’t wait to try the different flavors that MALK has out!

  • With the creamer, absolutely make sure to shake well. The flavor is very good for an almond based creamer. It just gets so chunky when it sits. It's also unbleached so if you're like me and try to gage coffee sweetness on how white it turns, you are going to oversweeten your coffee.

  • Malk is one of the brands in rotation in my fridge. Simple whole food ingredients. They have a wide variety of milks and even creamers. I prefer almond milk so I haven’t tried the other Malk selections. My favorite is the vanilla almond Malk. I also love the vanilla almond Malk creamer, delicious and sweetened with coconut sugar. I haven’t been able to get my hands on the caramel flavor creamer since my stores don’t carry it but I expect it great too. It is kind of pricey for the size most brands sell larger containers of milk for the same price or cheaper so I stock up on the sales.

  • Malk is a good plant based dairy alternative milk. I tried the almond milk and the flavor is very subtle. They use simple organic ingredients so the taste is fresh. There are no added thickeners or gums so the consistency is a little bit thin.

  • I loved the almond malk but didn't like the oat malk creamer. The taste was weird and didn't seem like a creamer.

  • i love the unsweetened almond milk! i love how simple and clean the ingredients are!

  • This is the real deal non-dairy milk. Most of their milks are made with just 3-4 ingredients so there’s no fillers, oils, or anything artificial. Very simple and clean, however, not sweet enough for me personally, but I do understand since this is a healthy product.

  • I've tried about 3-4 varieties of Malk, and have finally given up. None of them mix well with my coffee, and its watery texture is off-putting and lacks flavor.

  • The "regular" (non-creamer Malks) have all been way too thin & watery for my tastes, not to mention separating instantly in hot tea. The creamers are great, though! Perfect consistency, no curdling, one of the best vegan creamers out there.
