Mala the brand

The mistletoe candle is the BEST holiday scent I’ve ever smelled. Hands down. And the wooden wick??? I’m obsessed with her!! I went candle shopping IRL and out of all the holiday candles on the shelves (lafco, voluspa, boysmells etc) mistletoe stood out. It’s woody and sweet at the same time. I bought a tiny one but need a bigger one asap for a stronger scent throw.

I was gifted a Mala the brand candle for my birthday and I have some things to say! First, I love that it has a wood wick, the subtle crackling sounds while it’s lit make me feel cozy and like I’m immersed in the experience. Second, the smell! So fruity but not overpowering. My candle is strawberry shortcake scented. It smells fruity, sweet and lush. A candle you can light instead of indulging in dessert (or have both) :) I think this is a great gift item.

Just recently went to their pop-up shop for the holidays!! It was insane how beautiful the location was and the amount of experiences and events they organized. Aside from that, I absolutely love their brand and products. I have tried milk & sugar, cabin fever, and maple oats. Milk & sugar I find is perfect for any occasion, cabin fever is perfect for the holidays, and maple oats is fantastic when you want something that smells a little sweeter. In fact, I love how milk & sugar reminds me of being in a bakery; the ideal candle to keep in your kitchen. I also adore how they strive to be environmental friendly. If I wasn't a student, I'd be buying them all the time.

Super high quality and amaaaaazing scents. Seriously, so good. Highly recommend!

Love these candles!! The tin is so cute in my apartment, and these candles smell amazing and unique! Personal fave is Sundays - literally intoxacatingly delicious scent. Also love that these are made with coconut-soy wax!
