The worst costumer service. I had ordered some dog sweaters, and my computer had accidentally autofilled the wrong address. I IMMEDIATELY emailed them (at midnight) asking if they could just help me change the address since it was wrong. Sabra, told me that "it had already shipped out" and that I could reroute my package, even though all my confirmation emails said it had not shipped out. Then proceeded to tell me an unhelpful comment that their warehouse was in NJ. Which is where I needed my items to be shipped. I showed them so many screenshots, saying that I could not reroute the package as they said I could and that it wasn't even shipped out. They then ignored everything and continued to not be helpful and closed the chat. I hate terrible customer service, I literally don't give a shit if your product is good. If you have bad customer service, not shopping here ever. And I'm telling other ppl not to shop here.

For those that have had a good experience with this company, I am happy for you. That was not my experience. HORRIBLE customer service. Wanted to return something, couldn't return it, had to exchange it for something else -- they NEVER answer emails -- I finally reached out to them asking when the new item would be sent to be told two days later that it was sold out, even though I ordered it online for an exchange. Not a lot of product to exchange for -- no telephone number to call -- you have to go thru someone named Sabrina in customer service who is very unhelpful. I would think twice before I ordered something from this store, no matter how cute it was for my pet.

I love my dogs and I love dressing my dogs. Finding cute things to dress my dogs in used to be hard. Now it's easy. I love Little Beast!!!
