For those that have had a good experience with this company, I am happy for you. That was not my experience. HORRIBLE customer service. Wanted to return something, couldn't return it, had to exchange it for something else -- they NEVER answer emails -- I finally reached out to them asking when the new item would be sent to be told two days later that it was sold out, even though I ordered it online for an exchange. Not a lot of product to exchange for -- no telephone number to call -- you have to go thru someone named Sabrina in customer service who is very unhelpful. I would think twice before I ordered something from this store, no matter how cute it was for my pet.
