Be careful ordering internationally — costly exchange & unexpected duties Cute product, but ordering internationally from their official website was a poor experience. International orders and exchanges can involve significant delays and unexpected costs. I’d recommend buying locally if you’re outside the U.S. I exchanged a collar for a different size and paid a $36 CAD exchange fee. I was charged an unexpected $48.04 CAD duty, even though this was an exchange. In total, I paid over $84 CAD just to exchange a size, nearly the cost of another collar.
