Me gustan las artes marciales siempre he practicado , pero con mi jornada laboral se me redujo el tiempo de práctica me parece la mejor opción para no salir de casa y no dejar el entrenamiento parado , es más fácil sacar el espacio en casa después de la jornada laboral para practicar algunos golpes y movimientos al ritmo de la música. es muy divertido!
