These are the best to prevent and cure dehydration! Which can occur during a hangover ,or extreme heat. I’ve been using liquid IV for 3 years it’s my go to after social events.

I picked this up from my local store and it worked wonders.

I absolutely LOVE Liquid IV! The packaging makes it so easy to hydrate when you are out and about. You can just keep a few in your purse, car, desk at work WHEREVER! The flavors are great and they are a great way to boost hydration.

Amazing! I drink when I feel I need more water and instantly feel better! My mom is also obsessed and has one a day! Would recommend

Amazing product. I use them to rehydrate after jogging and hot yoga. Healthy and innovative. Tastes great. Glad I can buy at Costco, as I use them quite often.

Liquid IV is a lifesaver! I keep these with me in my bag so they are always with me on the go. I'm terrible about drinking enough water, and these help so much! The best flavors - I put them in my 30 oz water bottle of iced water. Highly recommend for when you're feeling a little under the weather too.

I frequently am dehydrated and being able to have liquid IV in hand when I am traveling or at work is so helpful! I use one packet and a bottle of water and usually am starting to feel better by the end. The one downside is that often there is some powder that hasn’t dissolved at the end, but this could easily be user error as well.

I use this product before going out or when I’m feeling run down and it does the trick! Liquid IV has been a life saver a few times (and it tastes good)!

My husband drinks these several times a week and we have yet to have a bad experience with the product. The flavors can be fun and innovative which keeps us coming back for more.

These are a true life line for me. From being easily dehydrated from drinking coffee they revive my soul it feels like just in a simple 8oz of water. They also don’t have a salty taste to them which is great!

Saves me from being dehydrated whether I'm in hot weather or hungover. Plus tastes good!

Got a headache from this product

+ Packaging is great. I can throw this in my bag and trust that it won't rip or spill the powder anywhere while still being easy to open when I need it. + Flavors are yummy and accurate to the package. - Tastes too sweet and I feel like I have to water it down a lot.

I love this product and actually recommend it to my patients all the time! I am a labor & delivery nurse as well as a training midwife. The flavor for me is actually too intense to use a whole packet so I definitely stretch one packet over a couple of glasses/bottles (which makes me feel that I'm getting more bang for my buck!). I recommend the sugar-free versions for my patients who aren't actively in labor since sugar is one of the top two or three ingredients. They are always in my bag whenever I am going out for the night (to help me recover the morning/day after). This product is a staple for me now.

Great product and taste is good as well. I have both my daughters away at college and have them stocked on the immune IV therapy.

It's good. It's dummy expensive. Usually I'll bribe my mom to pick up at least three bags at Cost** when it goes on sale so she can ship them to me and that get's me a few months of bliss. The strawb is my favorite. Grape is terrible. Grain of salt etcetc.

My family and I LOVE Liquid I.V. My boys especially being in varsity football and water consumption is a must and they absolutely love these and always make sure we remember to pick them up at Costco every time. I love the flavors and we all feel in the house that they do work on helping to boost that electrolyte. We have not done the energy ones, but do the hydration ones everyday.

Taste good, but high sugar and have been surpassed by other electrolyte brands. Their new no sugar formulations are kind of meh.

LIFE SAVER

I purchased these from Costco an am not so sure I would purchase again. The lemon line is not a good flavor but I do like the tangerine. I find them quite hard to mix in and that they need extra dilution. I do think the help with hydration but not sure they help enough to be worth the hassle or price. I do like them for travelling when I’m often under hydrated.
