A lifesaver while working outdoors~

Liquid IV has a certain staple placement in my household cabinet. They have played a vital role in reviving me while backpacking, mountain/gravel biking, and the days after drinking more than I intended. While I've tried a wide variety of flavors and none have been a sure no, I find that I stick to the tried and true lemon-lime exclusively unless the option is not within reach. This may be a greater electrolyte research topic but it seems to be the only truly mastered flavor that any company can produce.

Good and def does the trick, but tastes a little medicinal. Would be nicer if there wasn't so much in each packet too. I find myself using half of it.

These are easy to use and you get a lot. I find them very convenient for use when I am hiking. However I've noticed that I get headache went I use them regularly and then stop, so I wouldn't use them for daily ingestions. Others I have spoke to have had a similar experience. I am also not a fan of how much sugar they have, and thus only use them around sport related activities. I like the flavors and find them appealing. I have tried tangerine, lemon lime (caffeinated), strawberry and passion fruit.

SO yummy and actually works!!

I spent a lot of time on the road. Earlier this Spring and winter, I’m a missionary and my outreaches spanned from Louisiana, Detroit, and Nashville to South africa and back to Cali. I was in a plane a whole lot and needed something to keep me hydrated and alert throughout my travels, Liquid IV legitimately changed the game. I used it in my water bottle that I took EVERYWHERE. I enjoyed the lemon lime flavor the most and always kept extra with me. They’re incredible and I can’t wait to restock.

These are my go to when I need a pick me up! My favorite flavor is passion fruit. They’re so flavorful and enjoyable to drink!

I have had multiple flavors of Liquid I.V., on numerous occasions. I appreciate that they have gotten the need for additional electrolyte consumption into the mainstream market other than a sports drink. Among my most enjoyed flavors was passion fruit. On a hot afternoon, I would sometimes use sparkling water instead of still and really enjoyed that. Other flavors, using half a packet or extra water to taste was better, as they were a bit too sweet for me.

We were given these in many wedding welcome bags…in Mexico, California and Canada. They were various flavors and could easily be added to bottled water. They were great in keeping us hydrated and healthy!! Highly recommend for drinkers too!!

I love drinking liquid IV when I need a quick boost of hydration, that also flavorful and tasty. We have it stoked in our house 24/7 for moments we are running on a tight schedule, or refueling our body after a workout. My favorite flavors are cherry and tangerine!

I used to be a die-hard Gatorade lover, but the convenience of Liquid IV has changed the game. I bring these every time I travel and almost always have one in my purse. Amazing for the day before a big party or event when I know I will be having a few drinks. Perfect for the day after recovery as well. I also use these avidly when hiking, biking, and camping. They keep me feeling fueled and strong whenever I need it. Lemon Lime is my fav.

Matcha energy packets were not particularly palatable, and did not seem to provide significant boost in energy (it included caffeine). For the price and the flavor profile and slight grittiness I wouldn't purchase again.

Liquid IV saves me from the deadliest of hangovers- its magical. One point off because I dont love the taste of passion fruit and watermelon but I do like lemon lime!

Does what it says on the tin in terms of increasing hydration - I have to make sure that I don't have one too late in the day or I'll have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night :) The lemon lime flavor tastes really good, and is a good balance of sweet and tart, but I found the golden cherry and strawberry flavors a bit too sweet.

I really wanted to like this, but I found it too sweet. I bought it at Costco, and I could’ve returned it but like I said, I really wanted to like it, so I keep it with me and every once in a while after work out for myself a glass, I do think it works to hydrate me but a glass of water would do the same? For the record I don’t really like electrolyte drinks.

Great taste, far from gritty. Dissolves quickly and I felt much less dehydrated after drinking. Worth a try at the beach or gym.

Was given a couple of packs to try and absolutely loved them. Flavors didn't have that "no sugar added" aftertaste.
