Easy powder that can easily be added to water or any liquid and hydrates you!

I did enjoy these water flavoring/ rehydration packets. I’m not a huge flavored water person but, these were some of the better ones I’ve tried! Love that it adds extra hydration to the water, as well!

It has a funny aftertaste

I was given a couple of free samples of this. I had been feeling low of energy for quite some time due to the menopause. I tried one whilst at work and it really made a difference to how I felt. My thinking was a lot clearer and I felt a lot more energy within myself. I don't know if it was a subconscious thing but I have it give it a 5* because at the time of using it (and the other ones I have subsequently used) this has had the same effect.

I heard about this from my son. He works out at a gym 5 days a week and sweats a lot. He started using this after a suggestion from another weightlifter. He was so pleased with the results that he reccomended I try it. The taste wasn't very good, it did its job. I'll need to try a couple of different flavors. I'd much rather use this than drink Gatorade or something like that.

I wish I loved these as much as everyone else does. I really can’t get behind the flavors I think they can be a bit overpowering. I also don’t know if I believe it actually keeps you more hydrated.

Great product especially when dehydrated or after a night out!

Liquid IV is my go too whenever Im not feeling 100%, whether it be hungover, dehydrated, or recovering from a workout. Taste great, especially the grape flavor. Love that I can take the little powder packs wherever I go (and I do)

This powder to liquid hydration supplement works well, is easy to use and has a great flavor. I like the packets because they are easy to pack in a bag and bring on a trip. They dissolve in water quickly.

I like it and it definitely does the shop but its really sugar and tastes super sweet.

Liquid IV has helped me in so many ways, whether it’s hydration after a long run or helping me cure a hangover. I will always get a bag of Liquid IVs when I go to the grocery.

My family LOVES liquid I.V. here in Florida its a must during our really got simmer months. We get ours at Costcos and the value its perfect for the amout that comes in a bag. I do wish they have more flavors in one bag then just 2 but still worth the buy!

Better electrolytes out there. Didn’t find it hydrating enough

I really enjoy Liquid IV. They are easy to use, and once added to water, don't leave behind any chunks of powder. They taste really great and make water drinking a bit more enjoyable.

After a long weekend hiking and not having the appropriate fluid intake. I had developed a pounding headache. I had a friend who had become a huge fan of Liquid IV and had left several packs for me to try. I poured the package of lemon lime flavor in with water and it was quite tasty as well. Within 30 minutes I was back to being headache free.

Easy to use, great taste and love the individual packets. However, I do wish there were more sugar free options.

Great taste and fast acting!

The flavors are intense and don't have that diet-y splenda taste! I love that it dissolves quickly even in iced water, no clumps. The packaging is simple to open, doesn't feel like I'm fighting the packet. The tropical punch was my least favorite, felt a little artificial, whereas strawberry, watermelon, limeade and golden cherry were fire, and passion fruit took me a second to like but 8/10 (not bad just the others were better). The packaging was underwhelming, the packets came in a plastic bag and I'm unsure if this is because I ordered off of amazon? Cheapened the experience but the product is good. I do think it's a treat as it's a bit expensive for a powdered drink.
