Delicious and great for rehydrating. While a bit pricey you can often get them on sale or in bulk for less!

Effective in a pinch but way too sweet/sugary, there are much better electrolyte brands out there

Liquid IV is the BEST! I feel super hydrated when I drink this plus I love the flavor burst. It is like drinking flavored water. Maybe they will someday have more flavors to choose from. However, the ones they do have are great!

10/10 - also great to prevent hangovers :)

I use liquid IV to properly hydrate myself. If I am sick or dehydrated, I drink more liquid IV contain some sugar. I also drink liquid IV on the go. It is good to add it to your daily hydration. How about creating a liquid IV without any sugar? There are some of us that can’t have a lot of sugar.

Love this brand! I always use it after a night out or when I'm feeling dehydrated .

The taste is definitely good but if you drink to many of these they definitely will give you a massive migraine and dry mouth!!

This product is far too sweet for my preferences...and worse than that it has an artificial sweetness/flavoring...will likely not purchase again.

My husband is a huge fan of these as he easily gets overheated coaching softball in hot temperatures. The pina colada, strawberry and golden cherry are our favorite flavors. My only issue is it has a somewhat thick feeling. For this reason I water it down.

I really like this brand! It tastes good and made me feel more hydrated while I was sick.

I’m a teacher who is running all over the place and HATES drinking water usually. I got Liquid IV in hopes that the flavor would encourage me to drink more water and that the benefits of the extra hydration that it offers would be helpful to me specifically. The first day that I mixed it, I noticed that it tasted really good! I got the strawberry flavor. It wasn’t too sweet or have an “artificial” / “fake” taste to it. It wasn’t overpowering either like I thought it might be given the size of the packet. Before I knew it, I had drank my daily recommended amount of water and felt great.

As someone who lives in Arizona, Liquid IV is a lifesaver for staying hydrated in the desert heat. It comes in so many delicious flavors but lemon lime is my favorite so far! I like how it comes in single serve packets so they are easy to throw in your backpack, purse, gym bag, etc. I always end up sharing with friends after a night out! I would highly recommend!

Riding a road bike in FL you n can be difficult to stay hydrated. Tried liquid IV looking for a way to be able to ride longer in the heat. Works ok but is a little too sweet and doesn’t have as much sodium and potassium as I’ve been told you need to replenish. Still easy to use and tastes pretty good

Delivers as advertised. Slightly on the expensive side unless you can find them in bulk or on special.

Used unwillingly several times (21st birthdays, Vegas girls trips, living near 6th Street in Austin, TX). Flavor/taste not for me but this thing is a necessity for a night out and also for girlies like me that don’t hydrate enough.

My cousin recommended Liquid I. V. to me after I had COVID-19 and kept experiencing a slight headache for several months. I purchased a box from my local Walmart and followed the directions for the product. However, I wasn't a fan of the taste. To improve the taste, I added one packet to a liter of water, and it tasted much better. I was surprised to find that I drank the whole liter in a very short time. The product helped with the headaches and also relieved dehydration symptoms. Now I use it on a regular basis.
